In a church that is so passionate about empowering women, why is it that there are no ladies on the eldership? Thats not necessarily a bad thing - Just curious as to the reasoning behind it.

Hi…
I used to work as a counselor in junior high school, and I love working with teenage girls and young woman. But what I see is, mostly they know what “self worth” is, but they doesn’t know how to apply it practically. For example, in what they wear, in their language, in how they behave. My question is, is there a certain practical “standard” (in a full-of-grace kind of way) to be a woman who reflect Christ? And how do we achieve it?

How do you with such a busy lifestyle find balance in life? especailly with your relationships, such as with your kids, with your husband, with ministry? what are some keys to doing that well?
