We have just had the BEST RETREAT and VISION SUNDAY!!! (click here for video) I hope you were inspired by what was shared by our Senior Pastors and that you understand there is part for you to play in seeing God’s house advance. This week Powerhouse Central is happening Wednesday Night at 7.45pm at the City Campus with April and I bringing the word. Since getting back from retreat I am so ready for this year to get underway, to see what God is going to do and to have a lot of fun. Why don’t you bring some friends along, I am sure they will be impacted!
We also have a Leadership Vision Night happening next Thursday (12th Feb) night. It is a time that all the volunteers, leaders, and aspiring leaders gather to hear from Pastor Brian. The nights bring practical teaching and training on leadership and vision that is beneficial in all walks of life. If you are a leader or volunteer this night is for you!! If you want to get more involved in Hillsong Church the night is also for you! There are buses available from City campus and Central, you can register at the City Campus Foyer or call 88535353.
Calling all Red Froggers!! We are holding a Red Frog Training at the City Campus this Thursday Night (5th Feb) at 7.30pm. Red frogs is an organisation that is operating in universities internationally, providing care and support for students at parties and Residential Colleges. Red Frogs // City Update

Hey Powerhouse,
It’s that time of year again ; it’s December, Christmas is around the
corner, summer is here, the beach is shouting ‘holidays’, and the new
year is sooo close. I am looking forward to all that this season
holds…
This week at powerhouse we have Chrishan bringing the word… Chrishan,
the youth team and a few volunteers have been a part of hotel chaplaincy
at schoolies this last week and everyone was greatly impacted in being a
part of looking after school leavers. I know Chrishan will be bringing
something fresh and relevant for your life so come and hear what God is
saying to the 18-25 year olds of this city.
This Wednesday is also reserve night, I am sure we all know people that
would love to meet other young adults and are interested in knowing more
about God. Part of our mandate as Christians is to be bold in sharing our
belief in Christ with others and ‘passing on’ the good news of a life
lived with Jesus. I would like to put out the challenge for you to not
only come and be a part of Powerhouse but bring someone with you, I can
promise that most people are more ready to receive than we are sometimes
prepared to give it.
