Take Another Step…

These studies are written with the end of the calendar year in mind and are intended to lead us to reflect on the year thus far. However, they can be used with the same purpose at any point in the year – to pause and reflect on what we have learned, how we have grown, and what another step forward might look like for each of us.

Each of the four studies look at a person in the Bible who in, in some ways, was walking in obedience to God, paused, and then took another step in faith. These four studies don’t need to be done in a particular order. You may want to look and determine what might relate best with your group and start there.

These studies emphasise conversation over content. This is a great opportunity to allow everyone to share their stories as we reflect together on the year thus far and ask God to show us how we might, yet, take another step forward in faith. You may want to be reminded of what was spoken about on Mission Sunday 2025. In order to refresh your memory on what was spoken have a look over your notes from those weeks or you can rewatch them on YouTube.
