All You Need to Know About Safely Returning

It’s finally time!! We are getting ready to regather for in-person services and we can’t wait to see you! According to the provincial guidelines, we will be gathering at a reduced capacity of 15%.

Online services

Online summer service times.
Continue to join us for online services at 10AM (ET) on Sundays or on demand.

Sunday Services

In-person at 10:00am & 12:00pm (@888 Yonge Street, Toronto)*
Online Services at 10:00am (ET) or on demand.

*Required pre-registration for in-person services will open every Wednesday at 9am ET.

How To Register for a Service

Registrations for our Sunday in-the-room services for SUNDAY, AUGUST 1st are now open.

Once the spots have filled up, registrations will close and your details will be added to a waiting list (our team will contact those on the waiting list, should cancellations occur).

Regathering Safety Measures

To keep everyone safe as we gather again, we will be implementing the following guidelines, which will be required as a condition of entry.

  • Wearing a mask
  • Physical Distancing
  • Temperature Checks
  • Hand Sanitizing stations
  • Regular cleaning of surfaces
  • Separate entrance and exit doors
  • Preregistration including Covid-19 screening questions

What to Expect and How to Participate

Before Services

  • Register for the service you plan to attend.
  • The main entrance doors will open 20 minutes before each service starts. Please arrive early to minimize delays when entering the building.
  • We ask that you complete a COVID-19 screening by scanning the QR code on-site before entering the venue.
  • Upon entry, please head to registration to check-in and follow hosts to your designated seating area.
  • We ask that you remain in your seats and maintain physical distancing when moving to use the washroom or exiting the venue.
  • Please continue to submit your Prayer requests and Praise Reports online at this time.

During Services

  • Our services will be all ages and stages, welcoming families into the auditorium.
  • At this time, we aren’t offering Hillsong Kids programming or Parenting rooms due to capacity restrictions. If you feel as though your children wouldn’t be able to sit quietly through a service, please continue to attend Online Church for this season until such time as we can welcome your children back to Hillsong Kids.
  • While we’re excited to see everyone (and we’ve missed you terribly) we’re asking that you maintain a safe distance from others.
  • Our team will greet you with a wave, rather than a hug, high five or handshake.
  • To minimize contact, we encourage you to sign up for online giving

After Services

  • Washrooms will be available but there will be limited access once the service begins.
  • When the service finishes, please exit the building through the designated doors immediately after the service.
