Last year was my second Young and Free Conference, and the week before it approached,  I really wasn’t expecting anything to happen. On the third day of Young and Free Conference during praise and worship, God spoke to me and said “Everything happens for a reason, and you were placed here on purpose,” and that really switched a light bulb on for me. It changed my perspective on how I view my school, my friends and my hobbies. Since then I’ve been inviting my friends from my netball team to come to youth. They haven’t been able to come yet, but I continue to invite them along.
