It’s like our girls in New York City have been holding their breath for the last 4 years, waiting patiently for something they’re only beginning to understand. But they know it’s good… it will help them and the world… and it’s like nothing they’ve experienced before.

Strange concept I know – but we’ve seen glimmers of it with Pastor Bobbie‘s visits, and our Sisterhood United Nights. Some of us have been lucky enough to fly to London or even Sydney to bring back the spirit of the conference, almost like pioneers in search of the promise land.

Little do the women of New York realize, that their tenacious, brave, strong selves have already found a home within the Colour Sisterhood. It’s just a matter of taking our place.

Growing up in Hillsong Church, over 30 years I’ve had the message of empowerment and value shape who I am today. I’ve been so grateful to feel the freedom to instill these beliefs in my daughters. I’m SO excited that with Colour lapping at our shores, now my girlfriends, their daughters, my church in America and my neighbors can all experience that same environment I believe God would want His girls to be drenched in.

Can’t help but think of 1 Corinthians 2:9…

“No one’s ever seen or heard anything like this, Never so much as imagined anything quite like it— What God has arranged for those who love him.” (MSG)

I’m convinced that Colour is going to liberate and revolutionize the women of the United States all over again as we lean in and listen for the God whisper or more so these days the God SHOUT of what He wants to do on the Earth through His girls. And to all our USA girls… MAKE SURE you don’t miss out!!!!
