The Hillsong Foundation is proud to support longstanding partners Vision Rescue, in their mission to engage and sustain children in education in order to prevent exploitation and create change in the next generation.
Vision Rescue’s approach has been evolving as they transition towards a community-based model. Working with families to identify the barriers to children accessing their right to education and empowering families to address those barriers and open up possibilities for children through formal education, has the potential to not only transform individual lives but generations.
In 2016, Vision Rescue were able to enrol 554 children in school. Through their new model, they are looking to see this increased to 2,200.
