Families and children in South Africa are exposed to significant levels of inequality, unemployment and violence.

Established in 2009, Hillsong Africa Foundation exists to build strong families and support local leaders within marginalised communities, and ultimately, end cycles of poverty, addiction and abuse.

With a focus on identity, relationship, and leadership, programs are tailored in partnership with each community and include after-school programs, an early childhood education and parenting course, personal development courses, literacy development in schools, and programs to increase family-based care options for orphans and vulnerable children.

Through your generosity, the Hillsong Africa Foundation has reached 3,687 people in 2017, including 1,742 course participants and 1,945 people who are engaged in longer-term programs.

Our Heart for the House offering is an annual, sacrificial offering to the Hillsong Foundation over and above our tithes and offerings. Offering Weekend is Friday 15th – Sunday 17th June 2018 (giving available until 30th June 2018).
