HELLO EVERYBODY!!!

I FEEL LIKE WRITING THIS WHOLE POST IN CAPS LOCK BECAUSE I AM SO EXCITED FOR WHAT IS ABOUT TO HAPPEN!! (But I will return to lowercase so you don’t think I’m shouting at you).

BUT I’M REALLY, REALLY full of excitement, anticipation, and FAITH for what is about to go down at WCC this year! And here is why: this conference is all about creating space and time for us all to realign, recalibrate and be refreshed and renewed in who God is and who He is calling us to be. I’m not sure where you find yourself right now reading this email, but what I do know is the truth that God knows and sees you in this very moment, and He wants to do something new, fresh and beyond what we can imagine! I believe with my whole heart that there is a moment waiting for you at Worship & Creative Conference where you will hear God’s voice and be encouraged in who you have been created to be.

I have been able to be at every WCC since its inception, and every time (and it’s often when I’m least expecting it), I have one of those moments with God that impacts me in a way that I never forget. There are too many moments to recall and single out, but if I had to pick one, it’s Midnight Massive (here’s a little taster for you).

For me, WCC is a place where we meet with God. I read a scripture this week that made me think of what WCC is all about, and I wanted to share it with you.

Col 3:1-2 (MSG)”So if you’re serious about living this new resurrection life with Christ, act like it. Pursue the things over which Christ presides. Don’t shuffle along, eyes to the ground, absorbed with the things right in front of you. Look up, and be alert to what is going on around Christ— that’s where the action is. See things from His perspective.

In life, there are situations and circumstances that can easily distract us or cause us to lose perspective. That’s why I love this scripture that reminds us to ‘LOOK UP’, and be alert to the reality of who Jesus is and what He is doing. This is what WCC is all about – it’s a LOOK UP MOMENT. And I love that we are going to carve out 24 hours to take a break from our daily routines, and allow God through His presence and His Word, to refresh and refocus us with His perspective, which helps us to keep walking out the purpose He has for each and every one of us!

I also love that we will have plenty of FUN along the way!!! There is a moment waiting for you… Are you ready!?!?!?

CAN’T WAIT TO SEE YOU SOON AT WCC!!!
