We recently celebrated African Multicultural Night with many of our African congregation at the Hills Campus. People represented many countries from the African continent: Ghana, Nigeria, Sudan, Uganda, Rwanda, and Kenya.
The night began with dinner, featuring a variety of food from each of the countries on the night. Dinner was followed with vibrant music and dance, and a brief introduction of what is unique about each of the cultures represented. Our Cultural pastor, Kim Brinsden, then brought an inspiring word of encouragement on identifying.
The celebrations continued well into the evening. It was such a wonderful night of festivity and we look forward to another of such multicultural nights in the future.
