Streaming Service Terms Of Use


These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our streaming service located at the domain  (“Site”) and form a binding contractual agreement between you, the user of the Site and us, Hillsong International Ltd atf Hillsong International.

For that reason these Terms are important and you should ensure that you read them carefully and contact us with any questions before you use the Site. You can contact us on [email protected]

By using the Site you acknowledge and agree that you have had sufficient chance to read and understand the Terms and you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to the Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Licence to use Site

1.1. On confirmation of payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable licence to use the Site in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.

1.2. You may access and use the Site for the sole purpose of private streaming during the live streaming event between 11th March to 31st of May 2022.

1.3. You acknowledge and agree that:

a) we are using a system for streaming that is not proprietary to us, however the content we are streaming to you uses this third party  We retain complete content control over the Site and may alter, amend or cease the operation of the Site at any time in our sole discretion; and

b) the Site’s operation is dependent on your ability to connect to the service through your connection.  Although best endeavours will be made to operate a continuous service, we cannot guarantee the service will operate on a continuous basis, and may be unavailable from time to time. Should you have an issue with the continuity of the service that you don’t believe is a result of your internet connection, you may email [email protected] to discuss options for restreaming.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

2.1. Nothing in these Terms constitutes a transfer of any intellectual property rights. You acknowledge and agree that, as between you and us, we own all intellectual property rights in the Site.

2.2. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any content or make any commercial distribution or exploitation of the Site.

2.3. The licence in clause will survive any termination of these Terms.

2.4. The Trademarks, logos, service marks and trade names displayed on the Site are owned by Hillsong.  Any use of the trademarks by you is strictly prohibited.

2.5. If you believe your intellectual property rights have been violated on the site in anyway, you can email [email protected].  Any such notification must include details of the infringing content, a statement by you that under the penalty of perjury, you have a good faith belief that your work has been infringed, that you are the owner of the intellectual property or that you are acting as an authorized representative for the owner, together with your name, address, email address and telephone number. False claims for intellectual property infringement may result in prosecution. Following receipt of such a complaint you may be requested provide a formal Take Down Notice.

3. Warranties

3.1. You represent and warrant to us that:

a) you have the legal capacity to enter these Terms.

4. Liability

4.1.  To the full extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability in respect of loss of data, interruption of the stream or business or any consequential or incidental damages.

4.2. To the full extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties or terms (whether express or implied) other than those expressly set out in these Terms.

4.3. These Terms are to be read subject to any legislation which prohibits or restricts the exclusion, restriction or modification of any implied warranties, conditions, guarantees or obligations. If such legislation applies, to the extent possible, we limit our liability in respect of any claim to, at our option:

a) in the case of this streaming service:

 i) the supply of the service again, or a replay of this stream; or

 ii) the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

5. Term

5.1. The Term expires on the 31st May 2022.

5.2.  We may terminate your access if you have breached these Terms in any way.

6. COVID-19

6.1 If, as a result of a further outbreak of SARS-CoV-2 (‘COVID-19’) or any reasonable health risks, government laws or regulations or other lawful directions associated with the outbreak that result:

In Colour Conference being delayed in performance of, or prevented from, performing the services associated with Colour Conference 2022 or any other portion thereof or any material obligation under this agreement, Colour Conference shall inform you within a reasonable timeframe in order that every effort may be made to reschedule Colour Conference 2022.

In Colour Conference 2022 being cancelled, a refund will be issued to you promptly.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1.  Our Privacy Policy is available at We collect your information for the primary purpose of providing conference information to you.  We may hold and use your information to notify you of news about the Conference, to maintain contact with you about the Conference, to report to you about our work or to encourage you to learn more about what the Conference does. In accordance with our Privacy Policy, we may also disclose your information to third parties who help us provide services to you.  If you have a question about this privacy statement, our privacy policy or want to access your personal information, please contact us by email at [email protected]. Your registration and payment confirm that you have accepted this policy.

8. General

8.1. You must not assign, sublicense or otherwise deal in any other way with any of your rights under these Terms.

8.2. If a provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable it is to be read down or severed to the extent necessary without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

8.3. Each party must at its own expense do everything reasonably necessary to give full effect to this Agreement and the events contemplated by it.

8.4. This Agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales and each party submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

8.5. The registration price of the conference does not include GST as the conference is considered a “Religious Service”.

8.6. Hillsong Colour Conference Online Experience registrations are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Each registration is only valid for the present year when registering and we are unable to transfer these between conferences or to the following conference year.
