How to I register for Hillsong Conference Europe?
You can register online at hillsongconference.com.

How do I ensure that I’m sitting with my family/friends/group?
If you have the same group leader, you will be allocated the same seating community. When you register, simply select the same group code as the rest of your group and we will seat you in the same section as them. If you have already registered and you need to change your group leader, you can login to your Brushfire account and edit your details on your Hillsong Conference Europe 2018 ticket to include the group code.

Where can I find the conference schedule?
The confirmed Hillsong Conference schedule will be made available closer to conference. However, we can provide a basic program schedule that reflects what has occurred in previous years.

25th July 2018 – night rally only usually starting at 6 pm.
26th, 27th July 2018 – Full days. There are usually combined morning sessions, elective/optional session’s mid-day and then a combined night rally.

Please note that the speaker schedule will not be available before conference. A conference diary will be provided to registered delegates when they arrive at Hillsong Conference.

Can my kids come to conference?
Absolutely! There will be Parents Rooms for babies up to 12 months, and a Playgroup program for children 1-3 years old (carer must be present at all times.) Kidsong is an incredible kid’s program for ages 3 years to grade 6, and Young & Free conference will be an amazing program for grade 7 – 12 students.

How do I get to The O2 Arena?

What are the options for parking?

Can I get mobility assistance seating?
We do have a mobility assistance seating area for those who require care for the duration of conference. If can submit a request to our office by emailing hillsongconference@hillsong.com with medical documentation to be forwarded to the Mobility Assistance Triage team.

What if I did not receive my pass?
Head to the Registration Marquee at conference for assistance with registration and passes.

How do I update my contact details?
You can update your address and email address through the link provided when you registered. If you are unable to locate the changes email we have provided, please phone or email our office to have this reissued.

How do I change my group leader?
You can update your group leader through the link emailed to you when you registered. If you are unable to locate the changes email we have provided, please phone or email our office to have this reissued.

Can I transfer my registration to another person?
For those wanting to transfer your registration to another person, Adults only can transfer their registration another person informally by handing their wristband over with an authorisation letter stating the person has permission to use the current wristband in their name.

Can I transfer my registration to next year’s conference?
If you are unable to attend this year’s conference, you can transfer your registration to next year’s conference. Please email hillsongconference@hillsong.com before 31 April 2018 to make a request.

Can I cancel my registration?
If you are unable to attend this year’s conference, you can cancel. Please email hillsong.conference@hillsong.com.uk by 31 April 2018 to make a request. There will be a £25 administration fee to process the cancellation, and no fee for cancelling a child’s registration.
