Jad was born and raised in New Zealand and at the age of 17 was leading the worship team in his local church. He was 21 when he moved to Sydney, Australia to pursue studies at Hillsong College and the harbour city quickly became home. Jad has been an integral part of the Hillsong UNITED team for over a decade. He is a songwriter and one of the most senior worship leaders on team. Jad is passionate about his calling to serve God within the Church and devoted to his family. Jad is married to Rebecca and together they have two children, George and Harriet.
