This year, the global landscape has been tumultuous, and yet it has inspired new pathways for the message of Jesus to reach people in ways we could never have imagined. Many people who are yet to step through our doors are joining services online. As a church, we look towards the future with anticipation for when our buildings will open again and the need to “enlarge the house” will be greater than ever. Can you imagine the day we gather again... when the lost and isolated, the rejoicing and the mourning, the young and the old, and the newly found ones walk under the words “welcome home” and find community in the House of God.

Our Amsterdam campus has outgrown many venues in the city over the years. Our current location, Theater Amsterdam still allows for some more growth, but in anticipation of what's ahead we are already starting a second location in Amsterdam in the beginning of 2021 to make church easily accessible and make room for as many people as possible.

History has proven that securing a permanent facility enables campuses to advance and gain strength – We continue to actively seek a permanent building for our Amsterdam campus. This would be like putting a stake in the ground and it would enable us to organise more activities from our own hub, for both our church and for the community.

Our Rotterdam campus has experienced incredible growth and we are currently planning for a greater building to make room for the days ahead. Part of Heart for the House offering will go towards settling in to a new Sunday venue.

Our focus is on improving the church experience, by providing full live worship in our Brussels campus. The team has grown in number and in skill and part of this Hear for the House offering will go towards buying equipment to facilitate this.

What We Achieved

What We Achieved

We were able to greatly increase the quality of our sound Amsterdam. We also invested in placing a portocabin in Theater Amsterdam to have a space where our fuel youth (12-14) can meet.

What We Achieved

We funded production equipment to upscale Sunday services in Brussels and went from one to two services.

Part of last year's Heart for the House offering went towards our Christmas spectaculair in the Gashouder.

faith decree

“I am a child of God, a new creation, made in His image and committed to His Cause.

In 2020, my faith is in Jesus and my hope is in Your Name Lord. You are Jehovah Jireh, my Source, my Deliverer, and my Supply. You are All-Sufficient, you never fail me, and even in my darkest hours, my confidence is in You.

I give you first place in my life Lord; and I choose to live generously and in obedience to Your Word.

I BELIEVE — Your favour and fruitfulness are on my life, on my home, and on my endeavours.
I BELIEVE — the wind of Your Spirit and the fragrance of Heaven are framing my year.
I BELIEVE — You have been significantly generous TO me… You are working significantly IN me… Now Lord use me, and do something significant THROUGH me.

This is my decree!”

Every year in June, Hillsong Church holds a special ‘Heart for the House’ weekend where the whole church gathers to give towards the Hillsong Foundation.

“Not equal giving, but equal sacrifice” is a hallmark phrase that has framed our Heart for the House offering. Year after year, we have seen sacrificial giving that is breathtaking. What God has accomplished on the earth through the sacrifice of many is nothing short of miraculous.

We invite you to join with us in cause and faith as we endeavour to advance the Kingdom of God on the earth through His church.

“Enlarge your house; build an addition.
Spread out your home, and spare no expense!
For you will soon be bursting at the seams.
Your descendants will occupy other nations and resettle the ruined cities."

— Isaiah 54:2-3 NLT
