Our Finance Team is currently looking for a financial administrator\/ bookkeeper to join the team in a temporary capacity of 3 months, with the possibility to extend the contract. This role will be responsible for the Financial Administration function within Hillsong NL.<\/p>\n

Summary of responsibilities:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the financial administration.
\n\u2022 Responsible for processing of all income and outgoings and payments including timely posting of transactions.
\n\u2022 Preparing weekly and monthly reports and information for inclusion in treasury forecasting and management.
\n\u2022 Assist in creating the monthly profit & loss statements.
\n\u2022 Provide excellent service, manage and maintain good relationship with the internal and
\nexternal stakeholders.
\n\u2022 Responsible for the financial administration through Exact, including ensuring appropriate approval limits are maintained and ensuring adherence to correct procedures.
\n\u2022 Responsible for the administration of expense and invoices submission within SRXP and Basecone, including ensuring appropriate approval limits are maintained and ensuring adherence to correct procedures as well as liaising with users across all departments and creating clear policies and processes.
\n\u2022 Responsible for monitoring and reconciliation of credit card accounts, including liaising with
\nemployee card holders, reviewing transaction summaries and completing full month
\nreconciliations. Responsible for ensuring credit card spending controls are adhered to.
\n\u2022 Assist General Manager with maintaining best practice for all financial systems and
\nprocesses, including being proactive to review and make suggestions to improve processes
\nand procedures in relation to accounting systems.<\/p>\n

Profile\/Skills\/Qualification:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Experience in a similar accounting role within a professional environment
\n\u2022 Minimal MBO 4 business administration
\n\u2022 High attention to detail, problem solving skills and ability to meet assigned deadlines
\n\u2022 Intermediate to advanced excel skills
\n\u2022 Excellent personal communication and interpersonal skills
\n\u2022 Able to take initiative and self-manage your own workload
\n\u2022 A willingness to be:
