Pastors Phil and Lucinda Dooley were appointed Global Senior Pastors of Hillsong Church in February 2023. Phil and Lucinda each have over 30 years ministry experience. They have established a thriving Hillsong Church in South Africa with multiple campuses and over 15,000 worshipers.

Before moving to Cape Town, South Africa, to plant Hillsong Church in 2008, Phil and Lucinda had led the youth and young adult ministries of Hillsong Church Australia for 12 years. Phil was also involved in pioneering Hillsong United’s worship music ministry.

Lina Nielsen serves as Lead Pastor of Hillsong Sweden, together with her husband Andreas, providing spiritual leadership across multiple church locations throughout the nation. Having helped pioneer Hillsong Sweden from a small gathering of friends in 2006, Lina has played a significant role in building a thriving church committed to helping people encounter Jesus, grow in faith and discover their God-given purpose. Passionate about the local church and the power of God's Word, Lina is dedicated to raising up healthy leaders, strengthening communities of faith and equipping the next generation to influence Sweden and beyond for Christ.

Lina is a respected communicator, author and speaker, regularly ministering at churches, conferences and leadership gatherings across Sweden and internationally. Siboniso is a long-standing Hillsong Church member based at the Cape Town Campus in South Africa. He has served across various teams such as hosting, set up team and count room.

Siboniso holds a BCom (Hons); MBA (UCT) and assumed the joint leadership role within Old Mutual Equities in November 2018 and is responsible for the running of the boutique, which has over R60 billion in assets under management. Siboniso joined Old Mutual Investment Group in 2006 and was a financial analyst in the investment research team for four years.
In 2010, he was appointed the Financial and Property Sector Head following which he was an analyst and portfolio manager in the Electus boutique. In 2015 he founded the Global Emerging Markets boutique and jointly managed the Old Mutual Global Emerging Market Fund.

Under their leadership, Hillsong Latin America continues to grow across multiple nations, equipping pastors and leaders while reaching thousands through local church ministry, conferences and leadership development.

Richard, a native Australian with Dutch heritage, brings a rich and diverse background to his role as the Lead Pastor of Hillsong Church in the Netherlands and Brussels. Before settling in Amsterdam, Richard lived in London, where he met his American wife, Debbie. He has been part of our church since 1998 in London before they moved to Amsterdam in 2009 to start our church there. Together, they have been faithfully serving as the Lead Pastors of Hillsong Church Amsterdam which has expanded into Rotterdam and Brussels. With a passion for seeing the church be all that she can be, Richard and Debbie are dedicated to seeing people receive the Good News and experience the transformative power of what Jesus Christ has done.

Richard has served in varied roles within church ministry and has regularly been supporting our other churches around the globe. His ministry experience along with years of experience in Construction Project Management have served to build a strong foundation in leadership, teaching, discipleship and church development. In July 2024, Richard was appointed as the Regional Support Pastor. Richard is deeply committed to helping people realize their 'God-potential' and is passionate about both God and His people.

With a 15-year history in leadership and organisational development consulting across diverse global settings, she possesses extensive experience in coaching and advising C-suite executives and leadership teams from renowned global entities Ana’s expertise lies in helping leaders and teams unlock purpose and meaning, build exceptional work cultures and develop people.

Fadzi joined a Hillsong Network Church in rural New South Wales in 2006, later becoming a key member of Hillsong Perth and now Hillsong Geneva. She has led groups and the Next Steps Team and currently facilitates diversity training and support for Hillsong staff and leaders globally. From 2020 to 2023, she served on Hillsong's Global Racial Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee.

Fadzi has an extensive career as an award-winning Global Diversity and Inclusion Strategist. Her expertise includes designing and implementing large scale diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives across the not-for-profit, higher education, government, and private sectors globally. Throughout her career, she has received numerous awards for driving transformational cultural change. She is a TEDx speaker, recipient of the 2019 Social Impact Award from the Organisation of African Communities WA, a 2018 Western Australian of the Year finalist, and recipient of the International Racial Equity Leadership Award in the USA for her work in facilitating racial equity training for various law enforcement agencies in Australia.

Fadzi previously held the position of Board Director at the Museum of Freedom and Tolerance in Western Australia and Vice Chair of the Board for Volunteering WA. She also made significant contributions as a Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Board Member for the Australian Computer Society, Business Chicks Australia, WA Police Multicultural Advisory Group and served as a Board mentor for Office of Multicultural Interest. She currently serves as an Ambassador for 100Women, Auspire - Australia Day Council of Western Australia and Common Purpose UK. Furthermore, she has been previously involved as a Board Member in Aglow International, where she served as the Vice President of Conferences and Events in Botswana.

A member of Hillsong Church for close to 38 years at Hills Campus Australia, Louise has been both a leader of and significant contributor to our Connect Group programs and is actively involved in weekend services as a seating community host. From 1999 – 2004, Louise held a leadership role with Hillsong’s Community Service arm.

Career & Industry

Louise was elected to the House of Representatives in 2004 and 2007 for the seat of Greenway, and in 2010 for the seat of Macquarie. During her time in the Parliament of Australia, she held the positions of Shadow Parliamentary Secretary for Immigration and Citizenship, Shadow Minister for Veterans’ Affairs and was involved in many committees in various capacities. Louise left the House of Representatives on 2 July 2016. During her 25-year career as a Social Worker, she worked at the Department of Social Security, Wesley Mission, as a Technical and Further Education teacher, a family and couples counsellor in private practice, and led multidisciplinary teams in the health sector.

Louise was previously the Board Chair and Non-executive Director of the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare. Her roles as Shadow Minister have equipped her with extensive experience in scrutiny and appraisal of policies and legislation. She was appointed to the Hillsong Australia Board in 2022 and is a member of the Australian Nominations Committee. She is a graduate of the Australia Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
