Can I change to another service?

You are required to attend the service you have booked your ticket for. If you would like to attend another service, you will need to purchase an additional ticket.

Can I get a refund?

There are no refunds available for already purchased tickets.

I have spare tickets, can I gift them to someone else?

Yes, however each individual attending the service will need their e-ticket to get into the venue so you will need to print/ email your spare e-ticket to the gifted individual.

When do I get my tickets?

E-tickets will be sent out 2 days before the event and an email will appear in your inbox with the ticket attached.

What time does the Carols Service start and finish?

The timings for each services are as follows:

11:00AM service
11.00am – 12.45pm (doors open 9.30am)

3.30PM service
3.30pm – 5.15pm (doors open 2.00pm)

7.30PM service
7.30pm – 9.15pm (doors open 6.00pm)

Do I have to book a ticket online or can I turn up at the event and get a ticket? 

Yes, all tickets are to be pre-booked as no ticket will be on sale at the doors and cannot be guaranteed on the night.

Will seating be allocated or can I sit with my friends if we haven’t booked together?

Seating arrangements for Hillsong London Carols this year will be general admission so you will be able to pick your seats on a first come first serve basis when you get to the venue.

Can I bring my kids?

Hillsong London Carols is for the whole family, so we encourage kids to enjoy the show with you!

There will be no kid’s specific programme running on the night.

Kids two years and older are required to purchase a ticket; babies under the age of two will be required to sit on parents’ laps.

Can I bring my baby? Will you have a family room and headsets available?

Babies under the age of two are required to sit on parents’ laps. There will be a parents’ entrance on the night, buggy park and a family room where there will be live feed and changing facilities for parents with young babies.

Headphones will also be available to enable so you can take your young ones into the auditorium with you and enjoy the show together.

Is there a special rate for parking?

A pre-book rate is available for the Hillsong Carols Service. Pre-book your parking here: Wembley Official Parking
You can also pre-book coach and blue badge parks through this site.

I will be coming in a wheelchair. How do I need to request a wheelchair bay for the event?

You can request a wheelchair bay in your online booking. If you’ve already booked but have not requested wheelchair access please email carols@hillsong.co.uk and we will add your request to your ticket. 

I have not received my e-ticket, can I just turn up on the day?

Each delegate will need an e-ticket to get access to the venue. Please email carols@hillsong.co.uk if you’ve not received your ticket and we can resend you your confirmation.

I have booked 5 tickets for myself and friends but all the tickets have been booked under my name. Will they get access and are we required go in together?

Each delegate will need their own e-ticket to access the venue. If you have booked all 5 in your name and do not plan to arrive together, you will need to forward each individual e-ticket to the members of your group, so they enter on their own e-ticket.
