We’ll be gathering as many as we can in the room and online this Sunday. In our current venue, we have the capacity for 200 Guests. If you are unable to join us in the room, join us for our online service at 9am on our Hillsong Church UK YouTube channel!
We ask that if you or anyone in your household displays symptoms of COVID-19, or if you believe you may have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, you refrain from gathering with us in person for 10 days.
We will be sanitising all gathering spaces, restrooms, and other high-touch areas, and you will find hand sanitisation stations at various points in our venues.
All our services have been COVID risk assessed, and our staff and volunteer teams have been fully trained and will wear face masks.
The current government guidelines do not require attendees to social distance or sit within a bubble of any kind; however, we still encourage you to remain safe and socially distant where appropriate.
To create a safe and socially distanced experience, we have limited the capacity of our venues. To ensure you get a seat, we’re going to require you to save a free ticket online before you come to church. We would ask you only to book tickets that you will use to make sure that someone else doesn’t miss out. We also ask that you arrive 15 minutes before the service starts to allow us to check you in and then to seat you.
Doors will open 10 minutes before the service starts. To avoid long queues, please don’t arrive before then! It may take a little while to get everyone in safely, so thank you in advance for your patience.
Parking may be limited, so we encourage everyone to travel by taxi, bike, public transport or walk where possible.
Our team will be on-site to direct you toward the queuing system in place upon arrival; these systems will be an essential part of staying COVID safe, and so please ensure you remain 2 meters away from others.
Once the doors open, we’ll use the QR code on your booking confirmation email to check in you or your group using our contactless process. Please have this readily available to speed things up.
A one-way system will be in place in the Church Venue, and we’ll ask everyone to use the hand sanitisers as they enter the building. Please follow the instructions of the host team as they show you where your group should sit.
In keeping with Government guidelines for Places of Worship, we are currently unable to open the foyers, cafe spaces or the usual areas of connection that you may be familiar with. Our onsite teams will direct your entrance and the exiting of our buildings.
Every service will look slightly different and may combine both live elements and content from our Online Service. In addition, we can now sing during worship in line with the latest government guidelines; however, you are expected to keep your mask on for the duration of the service.
If you have been diagnosed with or are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, we must ask that you do not attend any of our Hillsong UK Locations or services.
If you have been in close contact with somebody that has been diagnosed or experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, please stay at home and join us for our Online Service.
If any of this applies to you, please let our pastoral team know as we want to support you however, we can.
We’ve arranged our Venue following the Government’s latest social distancing guidelines.
The guidelines are clear that you should not mingle with anyone outside of your household or support group. Families will be seated together, and we ask that if you bring children with you, you look after them and keep them within your space.
Hard as it will be, it also means that our spaces are contact-free zones! We appreciate that you may meet people you haven’t seen in months or are close to, but we respectfully ask that you follow this guidance.
Unless you are exempt, you will be expected to wear a face mask to attend a live service in line with the most up to date Government guidance.
Generosity is an integral part of our culture at Hillsong UK, we want to continue to facilitate your ability to financially contribute to church. All giving is currently done online or via the giving app. There will be no physical collections during the service.

We are unable to offer refreshments or water stations at the moment, so please bring your own refreshments if you would like anything during the service.
Please do not bring large bags or luggage with you as there is nowhere for these items to be stored safely, and they won’t be allowed on site.
All our locations have bathroom facilities. If you are attending a Service with children and need to use the facilities, we ask that you go with them.
We are unfortunately unable to provide a kids program during our services currently. As soon as we can, we will let you know; for now, we ask that your children sit with you for the duration of the service.
Should you have any questions that we have not answered here, please drop us an email at [email protected], and one of our team will get back to you with an answer.
