In-Person Sunday Service

It’s been a long time coming, but we’re finally returning to G-Live for an 11am service. You no longer need to save a seat, simply arrive in plenty of time and enjoy the service. If you are unable to join us in the room, join us for our online service at 9am on our Hillsong Church UK YouTube channel!

Hillsong Kids

Currently, we need to limit capacity in Kids Church until we increase the number of our volunteers. We can provide Kids Church for children ages 5 to 11 years old. There will be around 30 spaces each week and these will be made available on a first-come, first-serve basis. As more volunteers join and re-join the team we will be able to increase that capacity. If you do not manage to get your kids into Kids Church, your children are more than welcome to stay with parents in the service.

We want to give families the best experience possible; the below provisions are available for children under 5 years old:

Family Room (Age 0 – Walking)

We will have a family room available every Sunday morning with a live feed into the main auditorium. It also has easy access to the auditorium so you can join the service if you would like to. The family room has space to feed babies, a microwave to warm food and drinks and privacy if you are looking for that too. It’s a warm environment where you can connect with other families in the church, whilst also attending the service.

Parent-Led Room (Walking-4-Year-Olds)

We have created a space for children who have just started walking to 4 years old. It will be equipped with toys and activities. Parents will be required to stay in the room with their child, however, the room is adjacent to the main auditorium allowing you easy access to the service, should you wish to go in and out as you please.

We’ll be gathering as many as we can in the room and online this Sunday. In our current venue, we have the capacity for 300 Guests. If you are unable to join us in the room, join us for our online service at 9am on our Hillsong Church UK YouTube channel!

We ask that if you or anyone in your household displays symptoms of COVID-19, or if you believe you may have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, you refrain from gathering with us in person for 10 days.

We will be sanitising all gathering spaces, restrooms, and other high-touch areas, and you will find hand sanitisation stations at various points in our venues.

All our services have been COVID risk assessed, and our staff and volunteer teams have been fully trained and will wear face masks.

The current government guidelines do not require attendees to social distance or sit within a bubble of any kind; however, we still encourage you to remain safe and socially distant where appropriate.

We are currently meeting in a venue that does not allow us to fit our whole congregation; to ensure you get a seat, we’re going to require you to save a free ticket online before you come to church. We would ask you only to book tickets that you will use to make sure that someone else doesn’t miss out. We also ask that you arrive 15 minutes before the service starts to check you in and then seat you.

Doors will open 15 minutes before the service starts. To avoid long queues, please don’t arrive before then! It may take a little while to get everyone in safely, so thank you in advance for your patience.

Parking may be limited, so we encourage everyone to travel by taxi, bike, public transport or walk where possible.

Once the doors open, we’ll use the QR code on your booking confirmation email to check in you or your group using our contactless process. Please have this readily available to speed things up.

We’ll be encouraging everyone to use the hand sanitisers as they enter the building. Please follow the instructions of the host team as they show you where you should sit.

Every service will look slightly different and may combine both live elements and content from our Online Service. In addition, we can now sing during worship in line with the latest government guidelines; however, you are expected to keep your mask on for the duration of the service.

If any of this applies to you, please let our pastoral team know as we want to support you however, we can.
