We’d love to invite you to this intensive leadership development programme with some of London’s best leadership development programme, with some of London’s best leadership teachers, industry consultants and business leaders. They will equip and challenge you on your journey to become the best leader you can be.
The programme is both experienced leaders and those want to move into leadership.

Masterclass Speakers

Mal Fletcher – Innovative Leadership

Mal Fletcher is the founder and chairman of 2020Plus. He is a respected keynote speaker, social commentator and social futurist,  author and broadcaster based in London. As a social futurist, he tracks major social shifts and writes, lectures and broadcasts about their likely future impact on business, organisations and the wider society. As a ‘leadership architect’ he regularly presents keynote sessions at major leadership events around the world and is highly regarded for his entertaining, challenging and content-rich sessions. Mal’s latest book, Fascinating Times is a social commentary. It takes a sharp-eyed look at some of the major social issues of our time and their likely impact on social ethics. Mal has pioneered several major leadership networks in Europe and Australia, including the Strategic Leadership Consultation focusing on urban renewal in Europe. He holds both British and Australian citizenship. His social comment features extensively in major media and press outlets, including BBC TV and radio and others in the UK, Europe and beyond. The TV series he wrote and hosted, Edges, has been seen in many regions of the world and his books have been translated into five languages.

Mal is married to Davina. Originally from Australia, they lived in Copenhagen, Denmark for nine years and now live just outside London. They have three adult children.

Chris Hyman – Transformational Leadership

Chris was born in South Africa where he graduated from Natal University in Durban, with a B.Comm (Acc) degree and PgHDip (Acc). From there he went on to qualify as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen. He later joined Ernst & Young in London. During his 10 years in Practice, he gained valuable knowledge as an Auditor and Transaction Adviser of businesses across many sectors, including serving as Assistant Director of the CBI in the UK. He later joined Serco International Agencies as Finance Director of the subsidiary that managed its European Space Agency business. Until his retirement from the Board of Directors at the end of 2013, he was the Group CEO of Serco, one of Britain’s largest companies, with an annual turnover in excess of £5bn and more than 120,000 employees working in over 40 countries. Prior to becoming Group CEO, Chris held the positions of Divisional Finance Director, Group Company Secretary, Corporate Finance Director and Group Finance Director. During his tenure, revenue more than trebled to around £5bn, with profits up over 550% to £302m. The company grew from around 23,000 people to over 122,000 globally. He led the international expansion of the company, taking Serco into 20 new countries. In 2008, Serco entered the FTSE 100, having climbed over 70 places in the FTSE 250 Index since 2003. He developed a strong set of Governing Principles and worked hard to ensure that Serco’s values remained consistent and valued by its customers, its people and all other stakeholders. Chris is currently CEO of Valcura, a company he founded in 2014, which is focussed on the Analytics and BPO markets. He is also an active member of the private equity and private investment markets. He joined Privet Capital in 2015 and is a board member of several of its companies including its Aerospace business, as well as Chairman of its Defence business and Chairman of its Cash Processing Solutions business (CPS). Chris is also Chairman of Solomon Capital, which is focussed on the Healthcare market. Amongst others, Chris’ achievements also include the following:

  1. Appointed National Ambassador by the Prince of Wales for BIT.
  2. An Honorary Chartered Director of the Institute of Director.
  3. Awarded Man of the Year at the GG2 Leadership and Diversity Award.
  4. Awarded Lloyds TSB Jewel Award for Outstanding Achievement
  5. In June 2010 was awarded a CBE in the Queen’s Birthday Honours List for services to business and charity
Ana Loback – Behavioural Leadership

Ana is a business psychologist and executive coach, experienced trainer, facilitator and speaker in leadership, high-performing teams, communication, positive psychology, engagement and motivation. She has coached senior leaders for over 10 years across Europe, North America and Middle East, and she has facilitated executive education at CASS Business School, the Imperial College Business School and the University of Bath, amongst others. Ana is a specialist in strengths-based organisational and people development, passionate about creating high-performing leadership cultures that unlock potential, engagement and performance. Ana has been coaching executives for over 10 years, within a range of different organisational contexts, focusing on the practical application of psychological models and techniques to improve leadership effectiveness and unlock high performance. Ana is an expert in strengths coaching, applying Positive Psychology as a framework to enable excellence in organisations, teams and individuals.

Dr Rebecca Newton – Collaborative Leadership

Rebecca Newton is a business psychologist, executive coach, keynote speaker and facilitator of leadership and organisational development. Over the past 15 years, Rebecca has worked closely with her client organisations, advising and training over 10,000 people globally across a broad range of industries. She has worked at the executive level for over ten years and has professional experience across Europe, North America, the Middle East, India, Africa, China, Southeast Asia and Australia. Rebecca specialises in leadership and management development, organisational culture and change, employee engagement, communication and collaboration. For ten years, Rebecca has lectured in Leadership, Management and Professional Development at the London School of Economics and Political Science, and is a Senior Visiting Fellow in the Department of Management. She also teaches on the CEMS Global Alliance in Management Education and has facilitated executive education for Cambridge University. Prior to this she was a Visiting Fellow at Harvard University. She has a PhD in Organisational Psychology, serves on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Change Management and is a regular contributor to Forbes and Harvard Business Review. Rebecca is a regular advisor and speaker in both corporate and academic forums. Regarded by those she works with as an engaging facilitator and trusted advisor, Rebecca works with clients globally to create strong cultures and leadership capacity across organisations to drive growth and successful change. She serves on the Board of Hillsong Church London and lives in Southwest London with her husband and two children.

Shaun Sinniah

Shaun helps set and execute Willis Re’s global sales strategy, drive production initiatives and deliver growth targets. Since joining Willis Re, he has helped implement a robust global CRM system, client centric initiatives, and efficiency measures which have delivered industry leading levels of new business and retention. In addition Shaun looks after Willis Re’s client management framework, strategic relationships with its largest reinsurance partners and M&A activity. Shaun joined Willis Re in 2012, to develop the sales planning process, having previously worked in the group strategy department where he looked at profitability & pricing across the group and M&A. Shaun joined Willis in 2010 from Goldman Sachs & Co in Hong Kong, where we started his career. Shaun holds an MSc & DIC in Aeronautical Engineering from Imperial College, which were sponsored by Airbus. Additionally, Shaun holds a BEng (Hons) in Materials Science & Engineering from Imperial College completing his thesis on “SIMS analysis of Aerogel and Monte Carlo simulations of Space Dust”, in conjunction with NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory. Shaun is a member of the Royal School of Mines, Institute of Materials Minerals & Mining, and the Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC). Shaun is also a qualified PADI diver and a trustee of his local Church. Shaun lives in London with his wife & 3 young children.
