OUR HEART IS TO SEE COMMUNITIES TRANSFORMED.
We believe this can be achieved through the strengthening of families, empowering young people and fostering a sense of belonging for vulnerable groups in need of connection. We have a number of partnerships, projects and programs which further enable us to be the hands and feet of Jesus in our cities and communities
 
In cities, full of challenge and need on every corner, our Heart is for loving those who are marginalized and who may be facing challenging situations. In the midst of that challenge our Heart is to show up and carry God’s message of hope. We believe that we are called to be an instrument of His love, grace, peace, and hope to the people in our neighborhoods.
 
Through CityHope our church actively serves our community through various initiatives to help those in need. In the past year, we have served over 24,000 people throughout our communities.
 
Heart for the House continues to allow us to occupy more and more “streets” across the east coast to help meet the needs of the lost, broken, sick, and forgotten of our city. What we sacrifice individually will help us as a church go further and deeper into our communities than we ever could on our own.
