Though the world may look different in this season, we haven’t “closed down.” In fact, in this season, we’ve been doing more ministry than ever, which is why we don’t say that we’ve reopened—we’ve regathered! As we fill our campuses with vibrant worship and community again, we will have the opportunity to renew friendships we’ve missed and even meet new people who have become part of our church while we have been gathering online. Learn more about our approach and plan to do our best to keep you safe and healthy.
Loving hospitality is the spirit of our house and the way that we prepare to serve everyone looking to find their place at Hillsong Church. We will use wisdom, compassion, and kindness as we apply common-sense precautions.
Our worship services will include everyone gathering online and on campus. Let’s go above and beyond to build bridges with friends, family, and new people as we love and respect those who aren’t ready to be with us in person yet.
Through this season of change, we will be led by relationship and trust, not rules and regulations. We are in this together and walking with a spirit of unity. Our journey together is not meant to be endured, it’s to be enjoyed!
Service Times & Arrival
Your campus has new service times! Please plan to arrive 20-30 minutes prior to service start to allow for distanced seating, and please be attentive to signage and hosting as you enter the building.
Capacity & Seating
We are reducing seating capacity in our venue to allow for distancing. When you arrive, our hosts will ask you how many are in your party to determine what seating area can accommodate your group. Please allow our hosts to seat you and your party. As our services have limited seating, once we reach capacity, we will close entry to the venue.
Touchless Hosting & Venue
Service hosts are ready to welcome and serve you without physical contact. Venue doors will remain open, or be opened by a host, to allow for your easy and hands-free entry and exit.
Thank you for wearing a face covering while on campus and during the service. All Service Teams and Staff will be wearing face coverings, and we appreciate you for your consideration throughout your visit. We are doing this as an expression of our love and concern for everyone who is gathering with us.
Kids & Youth
Hillsong Kids is happening during each of our services for ages 2-5th Grade! Hillsong Youth is gathering on campus as well for hangs before and after service at The Den—talk to someone wearing a Youth Lanyard for more information!
In restrooms, where touchless hosting is not available, we have enhanced the cleaning and sanitization of high-contact surfaces. Frequent sanitization will occur both before and during services.
Refreshments will not be served at this time, and we encourage you to bring a personal water bottle to stay hydrated in the hot desert climate.
Self-serve communion will be available after service with our hosts using prepackaged elements.
Online Sunday Services
Online services will continue for those who are not yet ready to return to onsite gatherings. Live prayer, connection, and follow up opportunities will help connect our online and on-site church family.
Online giving (web, text, or mobile app) is the safest, simplest, and most efficient way to give. We ask you to give this way if possible, as offering containers will not be passed at this time. Our Giving Concierge in the main lobby will be available to assist you with giving options.
Love Your Neighbor
If you feel unwell or if you’re experiencing any one of the COVID-19 symptoms, please remain at home. While we love and miss having you here, we appreciate your consideration for those who would be seated around you. We look forward to gathering with you when you feel better and have the assurance that you are well.
