A note from us
You may be aware, our church has been through a season of change. In consideration of that, we have been seeking the Lord and asking questions of what He requires of us as Hillsong Church moving forward. As a result, we have made the difficult decision to push pause on our Worship and Creative Conference 2022, which was meant to happen this year on October 21-22.
We understand that this Conference is a very well loved part of our church and a place that has encouraged & inspired many creatives in Australia and other parts of the world since its inception. On behalf of our church, we truly apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment that this may cause.
We wanted to let you know that our decision was made with careful and prayerful consideration. As a church, we are still committed to championing the gathering of worshippers, artists and creators. We will still be writing songs, stirring creativity and creating beautiful things for the glory of God.
This year, we declared the truth of Isaiah 58:11.
There is no doubt in our hearts that these words remain true and potent. Worship and Creative Conference began out of the desire to gather all artisans to explore their calling, respond in worship and create with beauty to ultimately fulfil Jesus’ great commission. We believe that the world needs the truth and light of Jesus more than ever before today.
So, we pray that you — artists, worship leaders, musicians, filmmakers, song writers, photographers, art directors, producers, creative technologists, designers, and all others whose hearts are drawn to create, will continue to create in strength and with confidence that He who began a great work in you is still working and will be faithful to complete it.
We believe in you, and we are praying for you. Thank you in advance for your patience during this time of high communications volume with our team.

To fully embrace His call and become evergreen. To fully embrace His call and become evergreen.
The Art of Rescue – Cass Langton
“The Eternal One will never leave you;
He will lead you in the way that you should go.
When you feel dried up and worthless,
God will nourish you and give you strength.
AND YOU WILL GROW LIKE A GARDEN LOVINGLY TENDED;
you’ll be like a spring whose water never runs out.
YOU WILL DISCOVER THERE ARE PEOPLE AMONG YOUR OWN WHO CAN REBUILD THIS BROKEN-DOWN CITYout of the ancient ruins;
You will firm up its ancient foundations.
And all around, others will call you “Repairer of Broken Down Walls” and “Rebuilder of Liveable Streets.””
We are as trees. A living testament to roots that go deep. We are as trees. A living testament to roots that go deep.
