Mush has been on staff at Hillsong since 2006, starting as an audio tech and working his way up into leadership within the Creative Tech area.

Originally from Nairobi, Kenya, he made the move to Sydney in 2003 to attend Hillsong International Leadership College. Mush is married with two kids, and both he and his wife are on staff here at Hillsong Church.

Mush has a strong belief that technology has a significant role to play in the telling of the Gospel story, and he is passionate in seeing this technology placed in the hands of local teams allowing them to serve their communities in furthering the mission of “A healthy church, changing lives, through Christ”.

Justin has been on staff at Hillsong since 2021 but has been involved as a contractor with our conferences since 2016.

Justin grew up on the south coast in both Wollongong greater and Helensburgh/Otford and has been in the professional audio space since 2004. Justin is married with three kids.

Justin has always had a passion for audio, ever since he was a kid he was pulling apart stereos and speakers, which has turned into a successful carrier. He always wants the best results and wants to share the knowledge that he has gained over the years with others.

James has been on staff at Hillsong since 2007, starting as an video tech at the Hills location.

Originally from England, he moved to Australia in 2003 to attend Hillsong International Leadership College. James is married with two kids, and both he and his wife are on staff at Hillsong Church.

James loves the impact that technology and visuals can have to a room of people, and even more so how it can create an atmosphere for people to worship in. He is passionate about making simple but effective ways for teams to create distraction free atmospheres for people to worship.

Adam has been on staff at Hillsong since 2018, after being in an oversite role as a volunteer.

Adam grew up in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. In 2001 he moved to Sydney for study, before returning to Melbourne in 2012. He has worked in various roles in the live production and entertainment industry since 2003, with a primary focus on theatre and stage shows. Adam is married with three kids.

Adam has a passion for team and coming alongside them behind the scenes to support them and the service. He has a passion to pass on knowledge and see the team grow. He also has a desire to make the Church production space an open and simple experience for anyone to step forward and have a go.

Jason has been on staff at Hillsong since 2019, but began working in the live production audio industry in 1995

Originally from Ipswich, Queensland, Jason spent his early years on the Sunshine Coast before moving around rural/outback Queensland and the Northern Territory during his school years.

Jason is passionate about ensuring that everything behind the scenes gets the same level of attention as what’s on display. He believes that the unseen aspects of his work are just as crucial, as they provide reliability and durability for something of eternal significance.

Tristan has been on staff at Hillsong since 2019.

Originally from South Australia he started working in the professional video and television world in high school, running his own business, and also working in his local church. Tristan is married, and both he and his wife are on staff here at Hillsong Church

Tristan has a passion in supporting God’s house behind the scenes and making systems more user-friendly.

Josh has been on staff at Hillsong since 2016 but has been involved in the church for a long time, first finding his interest in the Creative Technology team while being involved in the youth ministry. He started out on staff in our Southwest location for 6 years as the CT oversight, more recently he has changed roles to manage our key events and conferences for CT.

Josh is Australian born but has a South American heritage. He moved to the Southwest of Sydney in 2006 where he now lives with his wife and three kids.

Josh has a passion for people and community. He loves to learn new skills from different areas but also loves to see others learn and take new knowledge and skills back to their locations to further the team there. He also has a passion to make sure that as we do church services or events together, it is the most fun place to be and that no matter who joins/volunteers, that they all feel welcomed.

Reid has been on staff at Hillsong since 2010, initially as an audio engineer and team leader, eventually this expanded to system design, infrastructure, project management and campus leadership.  Currently he is the campus oversight for Brisbane Central, with a big focus on the video team.

Originally from Key Largo, he moved to Sydney in 2005 to attend Hillsong International Leadership College. Reid is married and has a Cavoodle named TED, both he and his wife are on staff here at Hillsong Church.

Reid is passionate that God’s house be a gathering place for His people to worship. It is his ongoing goal that we bring excellence and beauty that Glorifies God and engages the Church in worship.  He enjoys developing systems and processes that help volunteer teams serve their local campus.
