That said, we understand that there can be unexpected situations, so you may personally edit your ticket details in order to give or sell it to another person.

Yes! Every person attending must have their ticket with them, so you will need to print out or e-mail your ticket to the person in question.

Tickets are automatically e-mailed by Brushfire (our ticketing platform) following payment. Make sure to check your Junk Mail folder. You can also access your reservation by following this link: https://brushfire.com/my-orders

Doors open 30 minutes before the start of each showing, and the Christmas Spectacular is approximately 90 minutes long.

Here are the different times for our Christmas Spectacular on Sunday December 15th:
– 12:30pm
– 3:30pm
– 6pm

Seating is not allocated and all tickets are general admission. Placement is done on a first come, first served basis. If you would like to sit with friends, please wait for them before entering into the venue as no seat-saving will be possible.

Hillsong’s Christmas Spectacular is for the whole family, so we definitely encourage you to bring your kids along! That said, for safety reasons (sound volume), only children ages 4 or more will be allowed into the auditorium.

We have a special price for children 4-8, and a free Hillsong Kids program for children ages 0-3.

If you have a newborn, you may reserve a seat in our Parenting Room (outside the auditorium) where you will be able to cater to your child’s need while watching a live broadcast of the Spectacular on a TV screen.
