Messages from our partners:
“We’d like to say a very BIG Thank You to Hillsong for the donations of Toys and Food Hampers for our clients. They are so very grateful for all the help we can give them, particularly at this time of year when money can be very tight and not enough to cover expenses, in addition to Christmas.”
Mission Australia – Sydney City Campus
“We have numerous situations again this year where the food and gifts have literally brought people to tears. One single mom broke down when she saw the headphones that were included in the gifts you had put together for her child. An unlicensed, uninsured driver had just written off her only car and she did not have money to pay insurance either. Christmas is too much. Her children’s stationery list for next year included headphones and she did not know how to afford them. Blessings from heaven!”
Uniting North Op Shop – Gold Coast North
“Kilo of Christmas allows us to be able to extend our support to families who would otherwise not have the opportunity to provide gifts for their children. We can’t thank you enough for the support you provide at this time of year, it is greatly appreciated by staff and clients.”
Act for Kids – Gold Coast Central
“We have quite a lot of families who are low income and single parent families and Christmas is so tough for them, being able to offer this is so helpful. We have so many happy parents and students! Seeing a student’s face light up when they saw the chocolate, saying they hadn’t had chocolate in so long and the tears of happiness in the mothers’ eyes, was so special.”
