Hillsong Convention Centre

Hillsong Church is committed to making all people feel welcome in our services.

The following accessibility information relates to those with mobility impairments or other needs, for our Hillsong Convention Centre building.

Parking & Vehicle Drop Off

There are reserved parking spaces available for people in wheelchairs, people with mobility impairments and seniors.

Please enter this car park via Century Cct, Norwest.

There is a ramp to the main foyer.

Lift Access

There is a lift located near Door 8 (Main foyer level, level 2)

or in the Western Foyer (Ground level, level 1)

There is a sloped gradient outside the Convention Centre, so that people in wheelchairs can access both the Ground Level (Level 1), and Main Level (Level 2) from the outside of the venue.

Seating

There are spaces for wheelchairs inside Door 7 (Main Level, Level 2).  It offers good views of the stage and can accommodate a companion.

 

Limited mobility or trouble with stairs

 

If you have trouble negotiating stairs, please consider sitting in the following areas:

  • Ground level, Level 1: Enter through Door 4 (Western Foyer), or Doors 2 & 3 for seats located on the floor.
  • Main Level, Level 2: Enter through Door 7 (left from Main Foyer) for seats located down 1-2 stairs (with access to a handrail).

Please speak to our hosts about seating options for you when you arrive.

Accessible Toilets

Accessible toilets are located in the Convention Centre:

Near Door 3 (Ground level, Level 1)

Near Door 7 (Main level, Level 2)

Near Door 6 (Main level, Level 2)

Service Dogs

Accredited service dogs are allowed to enter the auditorium upon presentation of accreditation proof.  Service dogs must remain on the floor at all times.

Quiet Room

If you need access to a quieter space to participate in the service, the main foyers have TVs with live streaming of the service, or there is a quiet room available on the Main level (level 2), between Doors 7 & 8.
