1. Hillsong Night School will refund, in full, any course purchase prior to the commencement of that course. To request and receive this refund, please email [email protected] with a notice of withdrawal.
2. Course fees and other incidental fees are non-refundable after the commencement of that course for the duration of the term.
3. Fees for subsequent term(s) and/or semester(s) are fully refundable.
4. All applications for refunds will be processed within 28 days from the day of enrolment.
5. In the event that a course does not proceed, participants may transfer to another available course or request a complete refund of the course fees that have been paid.
6. Participants must notify the Night School Office within 5 business days if transferring to another course offered by Hillsong Night School.
