FUEL CAMP (YEAR 7-9)

This year we are excited to announce that NSW Fuel and QLD Fuel Summercamp will be combined for 2026! Summercamp will be held at the incredible Lake Ainsworth.
Please see below the Bus departure locations:
Busses will depart Monday, 12th of January in the AM and returning Wednesday, 14th of January in the PM. All bus departure times for these locations will be released shortly. Please ensure that you’ve selected the correct campus to depart from as you register.
WILDLIFE CAMP (YEAR 10-12)
15th-17th of January 2026
This year we are excited to announce that NSW Wildlife and QLD Wildlife Summercamp will be combined for 2026! Summercamp will be held at the incredible Lake Ainsworth.

Busses will depart Thursday, 15th of January in the AM and returning Saturday, 17th of January in the PM. All bus departure times for these locations will be released shortly. Please ensure that you’ve selected the correct campus to depart from as you register.
WHAT TO BRING
WHAT NOT TO BRING
We recommend that you do not bring valuables to camp. Any valuables brought will be the responsibility of the student who brings them.
CHILD SAFETY
This is a Drug & Alcohol Free Camp.
We have ensured volunteer venue control around the campsite throughout the duration of the camp.
If your teenager is found to have broken one of our camp rules outlined at the commencement of camp, our Youth staff & team may require you to come & collect your teenager from the campsite.
All of our leaders & workers are required to have an Australian approved WWC clearance check, in addition to a leadership interview before being a part of our camps.
FAQ's
Lake Ainsworth Sport and Recreation Centre (Northern End Pacific Parade, Lennox Head NSW 2478) combined with QLD Summercamp.
Yes, all meals are provided and included in the registration cost. Any dietary requirements can be provided during registration.
Transport is included in the registration cost.
Fuel (Year 7-9): We will depart from various QLD church locations on the morning of the 12th of January and return to that same location on the 14th of January PM.
Wildlife (Year 10-12): We will depart from various QLD church locations on the morning of the 15th of January and return to that same campus on the 17th of January PM.
Yes!
Sleeping arrangements: These are separated by gender, however within that they can choose to sleep in the same tents/cabins as their peers.
Tribes: They can hang with their friends no matter what tribe they are a part of.
Activities: They can spend time with their friends for afternoon activities no matter what tribe they are a part of.
Please speak to your local Youth Pastor/Oversight who will be able to assist and help get your young person connected into an RDG. Camp is a great place to make new friends!
Please list all medical conditions, medications, or allergies when registering. Our team will ensure your child’s needs are managed safely throughout camp.
Your child’s safety is our priority! We have paid security at the campsite at all times. All swimming activities will be supervised by lifeguards. Youth Leaders & workers are required to have an Australian-approved WWC clearance check, in addition to a leadership interview before being a part of our camps. All our activities are also subject to our risk-assessments.
Activities include team games, water sports, night sessions, worship, RDG discussions, and much more!
Yes, there will be phone reception at the campsite for your teenager to contact you in case of emergencies or checking up on them. Although there are some areas at the campsite that may have poor reception.
