Hunger is a largely hidden social problem and many suffer in silence. After paying rent, bills, and other costs many parents find it hard to place food on their tables. Children will often go to school without breakfast, or to bed without any dinner.

This campaign aims to help families facing food insecurity in our communities, and is a practical way to show love to those in need, by providing food relief through Yonge Street Mission.

YSM’s Food Bank and Evergreen Baby Food and Supplies Bank sustain over 3,500 community members annually. We will be collecting donations of unopened food items as well as grocery store gift cards to help stock their shelves!
