Dear Hillsong College Community,

I hope this letter finds you well. On behalf of the Hillsong College Executive Team, I am delighted to share our first College Update directly to you. It is our commitment to keep you well-informed about our ongoing initiatives and the exciting path ahead for our College. As the Executive Vice President of Hillsong College, it is my absolute privilege to share these exciting updates with you.

Over the past 18 months, Hillsong Church navigated through significant transitions, ushering in fresh vision, renewed missions and a reinvigorated structure. Under the leadership of our new global senior pastors, Phil and Lucinda Dooley, we have adopted a vision of ‘building a healthy church changing lives through Christ’. We’ve embraced the new vision, and mission areas that focus on developing purpose-filled Jesus followers, building healthy church communities, and creating significant and sustainable social impact.

At Hillsong College, we remain committed to discipling believers and raising leaders. Our on-campus locations in Sydney, Orange County, and soon, Cape Town, continue to flourish. Our online model is also expanding, providing flexible and accessible learning opportunities.

In response to the changing educational landscape, we have made a significant transition to a higher education model in partnership with Alphacrucis University College and Kairos University in the USA. This shift facilitates global recognition of our qualifications and access to government funding for our students. Since the recording of our College Update, I am excited to announce our new partnership with Seoul Theological University, in developing our next generation of worship leaders together.

I am delighted to share that Hillsong College has received a report in a recent audit by the Australian Skills Quality Authority, confirming our full compliance and dedication to excellence. I would like to take this opportunity to thank our incredible compliance team who work tirelessly to ensure the quality of the college’s training meets with all the regulations governing registered vocational colleges.

This year, we’ve introduced exciting initiatives like the Certificate III in Christian Leadership and are developing an Associate of Arts degree with a focus on Christian worship. As we continue our journey, I want to express my gratitude to our remarkable global college staff and team and the entire Hillsong College community. Together, we are shaping the leaders of tomorrow, fulfilling God’s calling, and building a bright future for our college and church.
