Hillsong College offers a unique opportunity for leadership development, offering a nationally accredited qualification that goes beyond traditional learning methods. Our program emphasizes practical engagement and equips students with leadership skills grounded in biblical values that are relevant in today’s world.
Benefits include online access to relevant Christian literature, efficient learning support, and hands-on experience within Hillsong Youth and Church. This two-year journey spans 7 terms, comprising 10-week subjects, with weekly evening classes. Notably, completing the program earns credit equivalent to six months of full-time study, facilitating further educational pathways at Hillsong College such as the Diploma in Ministry, Bachelor of Theology, or Bachelor of Ministry.

My favourite subject from the course has been the Leadership skills unit. It was really timely for me as I got a leadership position at school and all the skills were easy to apply. The Intro to Bible unit covers all books from Genesis to Revelation, looking at the context, chronology, and key insights that change the way you read, know and love the Bible. YLA has helped me grow in my understanding of leadership and what it means to be a Christian leader.
