BY REGISTERING ONLINE, I HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO COMPLY TO THE FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Summary of the Terms and Conditions:
Pre/Blank/Gift Registrations: Where full delegate details are not provided at the time of registration, whether by pre-registration, blank registration via the Hillsong Conference App, or as a gift, the purchaser agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. Where the registration is then allocated to another individual, registration will only be completed on acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the attendee.
Refund/Cancellation/Transfer: No refunds or cancellations will be permitted. However, you may transfer your registration to another person by contacting [email protected] before 17 October 2025, providing it has been fully paid, and subject to the transferee accepting these Terms and Conditions.
Filming/photography: The conference and ticketed areas outside the auditorium will be captured in both photographs and audio/video (together “Images”). Hillsong owns the copyright in all such material and reserves the right to use this material for promotional/commercial purposes and/or sale of products and all forms of broadcasting. The Images are not subject to the right of erasure under data protection laws.
Programme: Hillsong reserves the right to change published conference speakers and details and has the final say on any matter relating to the conference.
Seating: If you require special seating for medical reasons or require another registered delegate as a carer or friend to accompany you must put your request in writing, with supporting documentation, before 30 September 2025.
Visas: Registrants should ensure they have a valid visa and can comply with all UK immigration requirements before booking the conference. Prior to 30 September 2025 delegates who have completed registration and made full payment, may request, in writing, that we provide a letter, which confirms registration at the conference. No other form of assistance is provided, and a letter will not be provided after this date. If a visa is declined, we accept no responsibility for any costs incurred or losses such as conference tickets, flights or accommodation.
Privacy Policy: We use personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will only provide your information to third parties who help us provide this service to you. We may use information provided to notify you of news at Hillsong and only provide it to third parties who help us provide services to you. If you require more information contact our Privacy Officer at [email protected]
1. INTRODUCTION:
Registration will not occur until the registration fee is fully paid and the details of the attendee completed. In the event instalment payment are permitted and an instalment payment by credit/debit card is for any reason declined, registration will not be provided. You will be notified by email that any instalment payment previously made will be refunded in full.
By registering through this website, you enter into a legally binding contract with Hillsong Church London, a UK not for profit company, limited by guarantee, (No: 5487537) (“Hillsong”). The contract is governed by these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions comply with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
2. YOUR STATUS AND WEBSITE REGISTRATION:
By placing an order for Hillsong Conference you confirm to Hillsong that:
You are 18 years of age or over.
Are able legally to enter into a binding contract.
You have completed the registration procedure.
You must ensure that the details you provide during the registration process are complete and correct. You are also obliged immediately to inform us of any changes to the details you have provided to us during the registration process. Hillsong is not responsible for any loss or damage you suffer as a result of your failure to provide us with correct and up-to-date information.
3. CONTRACT FORMATION:
Your registration does not by itself complete a contract with Hillsong. In registering you make an offer to Hillsong. A binding contract will only be formed once we have accepted your offer. Hillsong may decline to accept an offer for any reason whatsoever (including, but not limited to, inability to take payment from you), and will have no liability in respect of refusing, or otherwise failing, to accept an offer.
After you register with us and make all instalment payments, you will receive an email confirming your registration and notifying you that payment for your registration has been taken. At this point, there is a contract between us, however we retain the right to terminate the contract and refund any payment made where in our absolute discretion we determine that it is inappropriate for the applicant to be permitted to attend the event.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT:
Registration must be made through one of our chosen payment services providers. In order to make a payment through one of these providers, you will need a credit or debit card.
When a credit or debit card is added as a payment method during the checkout process before the registration is accepted, a pre-authorisation for the full registration, or if instalments are permitted, the instalment amount of the registration will take place against the credit or debit card. At this point Hillsong has not taken payment. This is a check, to ensure that the credit or debit card will allow payment or instalment payment to be taken when the order is placed. Only once authorised does Hillsong take payments.
In the event your credit or debit card is declined and full payment or all instalments are not paid, we will email to advise that registration has not been completed.
Where there is a Venue Facility Fee payable on tickets sold, the fee is payable to the venue and is non-refundable.
5. CANCELLING YOUR REGISTRATION, REFUNDS &TRANSFERS:
No refunds or cancellations will be permitted (subject to Clause 11, force majeure cancellation, below)
Special Circumstances: From time to time there may be a need for special consideration of your circumstances in regards to the refund policy. To discuss this please email [email protected]
Where a refund is permitted under Clause 5 or Clause 11, the refund will occur by the same method that was used to make the payment. We aim to process any refunds as soon as possible.
The transfer of a registration to another person can be made by contacting [email protected] before 17 October 2025, providing it has been fully paid, and subject to the transferee accepting these Terms and Conditions.
