Phil and Lucinda Dooley stepped into the role of Global Senior Pastors for Hillsong Church in February 2023. They have been Lead Pastors of Hillsong Church Africa – a large, multi-campus church with locations across South Africa and branching out into the rest of Africa – and will continue in this role.
Together, Phil and Lucinda are committed to building a healthy church that is a wellspring of life, reaching individuals from every part of society with the hope of Jesus, lifting up lives, and building people up within the context of a loving church culture and community.
Alicia Britt Chole
Dr. Alicia Britt Chole is a speaker, leadership mentor, and award-winning writer. Married to Barry for 30 years, along with their three amazing children (all Choles through the miracle of adoption), they reside in rural Ozarks off a dirt road.
Formerly an atheist, her worldview changed dramatically during university studies when she encountered Jesus. Today, Alicia captivates both believers and skeptics with her deep faith and passion for God’s Word. She focuses on overlooked spiritual topics such as spiritual pain, leadership soul care, the power of anonymous seasons, the discipline of decrease, and abuses of authority. Alicia has authored eight books, including "Anonymous: Jesus’ Hidden Years and Yours," "40 Days of Decrease: A Different Kind of Hunger, A Different Kind of Fast," and "The Sacred Slow: A Holy Departure from Fast Faith." And with a doctorate in leadership and spiritual formation from George Fox Evangelical Seminary, Alicia is the founding director of Leadership Investment Intensives, Inc., a non-profit offering personalized soul-care to marketplace and church leaders.
She finds joy in thunderstorms, honest questions, #LOTR, and anything with jalapeños! In a culture obsessed with things new and countable, Alicia brings ancient truth to life.
Earl McClellan
Earl McClellan is a dynamic communicator who is passionate about developing leaders who are committed to making it 'On Earth as it is in Heaven’ inside and outside the walls of the local church.
He is the founder and lead pastor of Shoreline City Church based in Dallas, Texas. Under his engaging leadership and ‘come as you are’ teaching style, Shoreline City has grown from 15 people to a church with multiple locations emerging around the world.
Earl is most loved for his role as ‘husband’ to his wife of over 25 years, Oneka, and ‘Dad’ to his three children, Parker, Grayson and Elle.
Tod Bolsinger
Tod Bolsinger is pastor of San Clemente Presbyterian Church in California.
He holds a Ph.D. in Theology and a Master of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary, and is an adjunct professor of practical theology at Fuller. Tod is author of It Takes a Church to Raise a Christian. He is a die-hard Angels baseball fan who reads avidly, runs on the beach regularly, skis enthusiastically, fishes occasionally, surfs badly, and golfs never.
Mark Sayers
Mark is the Lead Pastor of Red Church in Melbourne, Australia, and the author of several influential books, including Disappearing Church, Reappearing Church, A Non-Anxious Presence, and Platforms to Pillars. He also hosts the Rebuilders podcast.
With a deep interest in how cultural trends and global shifts shape our world, Mark is passionate about fostering deep discipleship, cultivating resilient leadership, and pursuing renewal in both the church and broader society.
He lives in Melbourne with his wife, Trudi, and their three children: Grace, Billy, and Hudson.

Kidsong is a conference designed for all kids aged 3 – 12 years old! Children under 3yrs will have complimentary access to our parents room with the purchase of any adult registration.
When registering 2 adults & 1 child (Kidsong or Encounter) at full price, the 2nd, 3rd & 4th Kidsong/Encounter registrations will be discounted to $59 each. Must be completed in the same transaction.

No, we are only offering one rate for the Conference, which includes admission to all sessions at Hillsong Conference Sydney 2025. Tickets for individual days or sessions are not available.
Getting to the venue is easy and convenient — whether you’re coming by public transport or driving in! Hillsong Convention Centre have both buses and the Sydney Metro just steps away, making it simple to plan your journey from anywhere across the city.
Prefer to drive? On-site parking is available for attendees, so you can arrive and leave with ease. Whether you’re local or coming from out of town, getting to the conference has never been more accessible.
While we do have onsite parking available, the carpark will fill quickly. We encourage attendees to carpool or consider alternative transport options, such as the Sydney Metro – it’s fast, reliable, and Norwest Station is just over the road from the Hillsong Convention Centre.
Accommodation isn’t included with your registration, so be sure to plan ahead and book your stay early! All attendees are responsible for organizing their own lodging during the conference.
While we don’t provide specific hotel recommendations, the Hillsong Convention Centre is conveniently located near a range of accommodation options in Norwest, Castle Hill, Baulkham Hills, and surrounding suburbs.
With the Sydney Metro just metres from the venue, we also recommend exploring nearby areas along the metro line for additional places to stay and easy access to the venue.

Hillsong Conference is for the whole family. We offer Kidsong and Encounter Conference programs for children, as well as dedicated parent rooms where you can care for your little ones.

We won’t be offering an online option, so we’re excited to gather together face-to-face for all three days and would love to host you!
