KIDSONG REGISTRATIONS

BY REGISTERING ONLINE, YOU AGREE TO COMPLY WITH AND BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (INCLUDING, TO THE EXTENT APPLICABLE, THE FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ADULT REGISTRATION)

In consideration of Hillsong agreeing to enrol my Child at Kidsong I agree as follows:

1. ADULT REGISTRATION:

If my adult registration for Hillsong Conference 2024 is cancelled, the registration for my Child for Kidsong will also be terminated.

2. SUPERVISION:

I acknowledge and agree that it is my responsibility to be aware of the whereabouts of my Child before, during and after any Kidsong session AND am responsible for all transport arrangements to/from the venue.

Hillsong will provide supervision at a parent pick-up point at the Kidsong venue. It is my responsibility to personally collect my Child. Hillsong may but is not obliged to refuse permission for any child to leave without parent/guardian.

3. MEDICAL AUTHORISATION AND MEDICAL INSURANCE

I authorise Hillsong at the discretion of any employee/registered volunteer to obtain medical care for the Child and/or transport or arrange to transport the Child to a medical facility. I further authorise a medical care provider to carry out any emergency medical care of the Child.

I agree to pay all costs associated with such medical treatment and related transportation for the Child to the extent not covered by insurance available to me, with the NHS or other public facilities on my insurance.

4. RELEASE, INDEMNIFY AND AGREEMENT NOT TO SUE

To the fullest extent allowed by law, I agree to completely release, indemnify and hold Hillsong harmless, from all claims, by me, the Child, or any person on behalf of the Child.

5. RESPONSIBILITY

I shall have the responsibility to educate myself and the Child concerning the risks of injury and the benefits involved in the activity. I represent and warrant that the Child is physical, mentally and emotionally able to participate in all of the activities and follow the rules and instructions.

6. PHOTOGRAPHY

I give my permission for my Child to be involved in group filming and photography at Kidsong and Hillsong Conference, and release the rights of the material to Hillsong Church London. I understand that material may be used for promotional / commercial purposes. Images of individual children or images where individual children are clearly identifiable will not be used without additional written parental consent. 

7. FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To the extent applicable the Terms and Conditions for Adult registration and the full terms and conditions for registration at https://hillsong.com/conference/london/ apply to registration of my Child.

8. If a court determines any part of this agreement to be invalid, then all other parts shall remain in effect. This agreement shall be interpreted and governed by the law of England.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ, CLEARLY UNDERSTAND AND VOLUNTARILY SIGN THIS AUTHORISATION AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT AND RELEASE FROM LIABILITY.
