YOUNG & FREE REGISTRATIONS

BY REGISTERING ONLINE, YOU AGREE TO COMPLY WITH AND BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (INCLUDING, TO THE EXTENT APPLICABLE, THE FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ADULT REGISTRATION)

In consideration of Hillsong agreeing to register my Youth at Hillsong Conference, I agree as follows:

1. SURPERVISION:

I acknowledge and agree that it is my responsibility to be aware of the whereabouts of the registered Youth before, during and after any Y&F session AND am responsible for all transport arrangements to/from the venue.

Hillsong will provide supervision at a parent pick-up point at the Y&F venue. It is my responsibility to personally collect the registered Youth. Hillsong may but is not obliged to refuse permission for any youth to leave without parent/guardian.

2. MEDICAL AUTHORISATION AND MEDICAL INSURANCE:

I authorise Hillsong, at the discretion of any employee/registered volunteer, to obtain medical care for the registered Youth and/or transport or arrange to transport the registered Youth to a medical facility. I further authorise a medical care provider to carry out any emergency medical care of the registered Youth.

I agree to pay all costs associated with such medical treatment and related transportation for the registered Youth to the extent not covered by insurance available to me, with the NHS or other public facilities on my insurance.

3. RELEASE, INDEMNIFY AND AGREEMENT NOT TO SUE:

To the fullest extent allowed by law, I agree to completely release, indemnify and hold Hillsong harmless, from all claims, by me, the registered Youth, or any person on behalf of the registered Youth.

4. RESPONSIBILITY:

I shall have responsibility to educate myself and the registered Youth concerning the risks of injury and the benefits involved in the activity. I represent and warrant that the registered Youth is physically, mentally and emotionally able to participate in all of the activities and follow the rules and instructions.

5. PHOTOGRAPHY:

I give my permission for the registered Youth to be involved in group filming and photography at Hillsong Conference and release the rights of such material to Hillsong Church London. I understand that the material may be used for promotional / commercial purposes. No images of Youth under the age of 16, where the Youth is clearly and individually identifiable, will be used for any purpose without additional written parental consent.

6. FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

To the extent applicable the Terms and Conditions for Adult registration and the full terms and conditions for registration at https://hillsong.com/conference/london/ apply to registration of the Youth.

7. If a court determines any part of this agreement to be invalid, then all other parts shall remain in effect. This agreement shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of England.I HAVE CAREFULLY READ, CLEARLY UNDERSTAND AND VOLUNTARILY SIGN THIS AUTHORISATION AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT AND RELEASE FROM LIABILITY.
