The Importance of Giving
Our Heart For The House offering is a once a year offering that is above and beyond our normal tithes and offerings. As we step into a new era we are excited to continue building into the mission of our church. This year our giving will support four main areas – Local Campus Initiatives, National Initiative, Social Impact Initiatives and Church Planting Initiative. There is so much we can do when we come together and play our part, so we encourage you to seek God and ask Him how you can contribute this year.
National Initiative
This year our National Initiative will focus on renovating and fitting out our new Hobart building to allow us to begin to use it for regular services. This new venue positions our church in the heart of Downtown Hobart. We are excited to see the positive impact that our collective giving will have on the community of Hobart once we are able to move into our permanent home. We are one church and together we are able to be part of something significant together.
Social Impact Initiatives
This year we are working with CityCare, One80TC, Vision Rescue, A21 and Hillsong Africa Foundation. We believe that the work we are able to do through our partner organisations allows us to have significant and sustainable social impact through the trust and longevity we have built in these relationships and the great work they do to change lives and impact communities.
Church Planting Initiative
This has been part of our story and history, and we will continue to be strategic in both new church plants, as well as continuing to support our newer church plants around Australia and the globe. In our post pandemic world, we are assisting in rebuilding our existing church plants to be strong and stable church communities. Part of who we are is a church planting movement and we want to be able to continue this into our future.

To give by cheque, please make tax deductible cheques payable to Hillsong Foundation. For non-tax deductible giving, make cheques payable to Hillsong Church. Cheques can be posted to Hillsong Church – Heart for the House / PO Box 1195 / Castle Hill NSW 1765.
Your Heart for the House Offering can be received from now until 30th June 2023.
All giving above $2 AUD to the Hillsong Foundation is tax deductible. If your giving does not require a tax deductible receipt (including trust disbursements), it will be deposited and receipted by Hillsong Church Australia (ABN 73 640 782 059 / TFN 991078055) and used to support the Heart for the House initiatives.
