The Homeward Project is a movement committed to seeing better outcomes for kids and families involved in the Out-of-Home Care system.
It takes a village.
There are over 46,200 children in Out-of-home Care in Australia and this number has been increasing.
There is a need for more homes for children and more support for carers opening their homes.
The Homeward Project provides pathways, resources and support to foster connection and collaboration across the Out-of-Home Care space.
We don’t all have to do the same thing, but we can all do something.
