We are so excited to host your kids at Kidsong in our safe and action-packed program full of games, tribes, rallies with praise and worship and preaching, jumping castles, craft, mini masterclasses and so much more!

Our prayer is your kids will have fun, laugh a lot, make friends, grow closer to Jesus and make lasting memories they won’t forget.

We can’t wait to see your kids live their best lives as purpose filled Jesus followers at Kidsong!

General Registration
  • Parent pick up and drop off times

     
    Tues, Wed, & Thurs PM:
    Doors open at 5:30 PM
    Pick up from 8:30 PM

    Wed & Thurs AM:
    Doors open at 8:45 AM
    Pick up from 3:15 PM

    Thank you for collecting your children promptly after sessions conclude and please remember to bring your Parent pick up card with you.

    Note: Kidsong does not run during the afternoon break or masterclasses
     

  • Don't forget lunch and dinner for your children

     
    Daily packed morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, snacks and water bottle (nut free)

    Please feed your child dinner pre the night session or include a packed meal in their bag as well as any snacks they would want during the night session
     

  • Parent Rooms

     
    Beautiful parents rooms will be provided with hosts for parents with 0-2 yr olds containing all you’ll need to tend to their needs including a live link of the conference.

    Convention Centre | Located on the Main entrance level and the Basement on the bottom level
     

  • Family Registration Discounts

     
    When registering 2 adults & 1 child (Kidsong or Encounter Conference) at full price, the 2nd, 3rd & 4th Kidsong/Encounter Conference registrations will be discounted to $59 each. Must be completed in the same transaction.
     

  • How can I edit the details of my registration?

     
    In your order confirmation email, please click “Manage Attendee”, then click “Edit Info”. Please note, the cut off for changes to registrations are Sunday, June 22nd. Should you have any issues, email our team at [email protected]
     

  • Can I transfer my registration to another person?

     
    Yes, in your order confirmation email, please click “Manage Attendees”, then click “Edit Info”. We recommend updating as much information as possible for the new attendee. After you have saved your information, click “View E-Ticket” to see the updated version. Please note, the cut off for changes to registrations are Sunday, June 22nd. Should you have any issues, email our team at [email protected].
     

  • Can I cancel my registration?

     
    Please email our team at [email protected] for further information about cancelling your ticket. Please note as per our terms & conditions, administration cancellation fees of $45 per adult registration and $20 per Encounter and Kidsong will be applied.
