Hillsong Conference has always been a gathering dedicated to equipping and encouraging the Body of Christ and advancing the Kingdom of God on this earth. Over the years, we’ve experienced a beautiful and profound move of God that has impacted our lives, families, churches, and communities – for which we are eternally grateful.
As we look ahead to 2025, our mission remains unchanged. We gather to witness His wonder, to catch a glimpse of His Glory, to continue to learn of His ways and discover more of Him, the Great I AM – JESUS!
In Exodus 3:14-15, God said to Moses, “I AM WHO I AM. This is what you are to say to the Israelites: ‘I AM has sent me to you.’” God also said, “Say to the Israelites, ‘The LORD, the God of your fathers – the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob – has sent me to you.’ This is my name forever, the name you shall call me from generation to generation.” Through every season, He is there. Amidst the noise, He is our Shepherd. To every anxious heart, He is Peace, and at every ending, He is the Beginning.
This conference is for anyone who wants to grow in their spiritual formation, build the Kingdom of God, and engage effectively with the world around us. As a church we are dedicated to delivering a God breathed conference that is designed to bless, inspire and equip you regardless of your area of Kingdom endeavour. Whether you’re passionate about church leadership, excelling in the marketplace, deepening your spiritual formation, or enhancing your community impact, there is something for everyone. Through authentic worship, insightful Bible teaching from diverse contributors, and space for reflection and ministry, Hillsong Conference 2025 will deepen your sense of purpose and propel you forward into the mission God has for you!

Hillsong conference europe is an annual gathering for all ages, where we draw closer to god as a community of christ followers from the uk and beyond. A space where every person is strengthened in our unique callings so we can see the kingdom of god advance.
Our Y&F Conference exists to champion the youth of this generation and a space for young people from 11 to 17 to have an authentic encounter with Jesus!
Kidsong is a conference designed for all kids aged 3 - 10 years old! Children under 3yrs will have complimentary access to our parents room with the purchase of any adult registration

Phil and Lucinda Dooley stepped into the role of Global Senior Pastors for Hillsong Church in February 2023. They have been Lead Pastors of Hillsong Church Africa – a large, multi-campus church with locations across South Africa and branching out into the rest of Africa.
Together, Phil and Lucinda are committed to building a healthy church that is a wellspring of life, reaching individuals from every part of society with the hope of Jesus, lifting up lives, and building people up within the context of a loving church culture and community.
Tim & Nicola Douglass
Tim and Nicola Douglass are the Lead Pastors of Hillsong UK based in our Central London location.
Bringing their three children along the journey, they passionately love God, building His Church and seeing people realise their God given potential. Having pioneered and built church in Hillsong London, Sydney and Melbourne, they have a wealth of experience in leadership and church building and are both brilliantly dynamic communicators.
Seeing people come into a relationship with Jesus and walk in their God given destiny is their greatest joy and focus.

Hillsong Conference is our annual moment to gather as one church—from across the UK and Europe—to worship, pray, seek God, and realign our hearts with the mission He has given us.
Much like a Church Camp, it’s the one time each year we unite across locations in a single space to lift up the name of the great I AM. It’s a sacred time to draw near to God together, to be strengthened as a community, and to remind ourselves that we are part of something far greater than ourselves.
More details will be shared soon, but for your planning, the conference will start with an evening session on October 28th and finish on the evening of October 30th.
Yes, Interpretation is available for all sessions held in the main auditorium. Interpretation will be available for the following languages: Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, German. Kidsong and Y&F Conference will be held in English only. No interpretation will be available for any separately held sessions.
We have something for the whole family at Hillsong Conference! We will have our Y&F Conference for students in Year 7-12, and our Kidsong Conference for kids aged 3-12 years old.

Parenting Rooms: For children under 3 years old, we offer a comfortable Parenting Room. Be sure to indicate this on your registration to secure free access with an Adult registration. Parents must accompany and stay with their children in the Parenting Room.
Kidsong Conference: Children aged 3-10 (must be toilet trained and under 11 as of September 1st, 2025) can join our exciting Kidsong Conference.
Young & Free Conference: For those aged 11-17, our Young & Free Conference awaits!
Remember, each child needs to be registered for our Kidsong and Young & Free programs.
Yes, when registering your ticket, please be sure to tick “Yes” on the question asking, “Do you have any mobility/special assistance requirements that we should be aware of?” From there you can select wheelchair bay access, reduced mobility or complete the details in the “Other” box if you have additional special assistance requirements.
A member of our Reduced Mobility Team will then be in touch to discuss your requirements and arrange any seating or entrance provisions needed.
Please note that Hillsong does not provide invitation letters or sponsorship. However, once you have registered and paid in full, we can provide a letter confirming your registration to assist with your visa application.

No, there isn’t allocated seating, once you enter the arena, please feel free to choose wherever you and your family/friends would like to sit. Hosts will be present to help you with anything you may need.

Your Hillsong Conference registration grants you access to all Main Auditorium sessions at Hillsong Conference 2025, as well as various potential electives throughout the Conference. Please note that your registration does not cover food, accommodation, or travel expenses
Yes, a family discount is available. When registering 1 adult & 1 child (Kidsong or Y&F) at full price, the 2nd, 3rd & 4th Kidsong or Y&F registrations will have a 75% discount. We are also delighted to offer a group discount this year. Groups of 10 delegates (Adults) or more will get 15% off their registrations. This discount is automatically applied at checkout.
(Please note that all registrations must be completed in the same transaction.)
We also have a concession rate for individuals over 65 and students. To claim this rate, please email us at [email protected] and let us know which concession you are eligible for.
We also offer a Group discount of 15% on 10 or more adult registrations processed in one transaction.
You can edit your registration details through the ‘Full Order Details’ link on the order confirmation email you received when you registered.

We are sorry to hear you are unable to join us for Conference this year. To transfer a registration to another person before October 2nd 2025, you can log in to your existing Brushfire account using the email address you used to register and, using the edit function, change your details for theirs.

As per our terms and conditions when registering for Hillsong Conference Europe 2025, we do not offer refunds.
However, you are able to transfer your registration to another person. Please see above for more information on how to do this.
Special Circumstances: In certain exceptional situations, we may consider requests for refunds. To request a refund, please submit a formal request to the conference office via email at [email protected]. Be sure to include your order reference and state the reason for your refund request.
No, at this stage we are only offering one rate for the conference, which includes admission to all sessions at Hillsong Conference Europe 2025. Tickets for individual days or sessions are not available.

We will not be offering any partial payment plans for Hillsong Conference Europe 2025. We are happy to hold reservations for up to 2 months. This option will be available until August 30th 2025. If you are interested in reserving a registration, please email us at [email protected] and we will provide you with next steps.
This year we will not be posting physical passes to our delegates. You have already received your digital ticket in your order confirmation email. Please bring the mobile ticket and your QR code to the first day of Conference and you will receive your Conference wristband.

OVO Wembley Arena will have a variety of food stalls operating throughout the Conference. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and grocery stores just a few minutes’ walk from the venue.

Only small bags (backpack or A3 size and under) are permitted inside the venue. OVO Arena Wembley does not have a cloakroom, so we recommend travelling light and only bringing what you need. If you’re carrying larger luggage, you may want to book nearby luggage storage in advance.
Yes. To ensure a smooth and safe entry:
1. Bags must be no larger than A3 size
2. No hot food or liquids can be brought into the venue
3. All guests and bags will pass through AI-powered security screening—you won’t need to empty your pockets, and the system is safe for those with medical devices
