We will be gathering under the prophetic message of “Now – Unto Him,” inspired by the powerful words found at the end of the Book of Jude:

“Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy… to the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever.
Amen.(Jude 1:24–25 KJV)

These words are a beautiful reminder of God’s greatness and a call for us to lift our eyes and hearts in praise. We believe a new song is rising… bold, loud, and full of praise, and it will prepare the way forward for us as a church.

So you’re welcome to join us 7-9 July 2026 as we gather to worship, lean into His Word, and lift the name of Jesus together.

Hillsong Conference is an annual gathering for all ages, where we draw closer to God and a community of Christ followers from Australia and beyond. A space where every person is strengthened in our unique callings so we can see the Kingdom of God advance.

Encounter Conference
High School Students (11-17 years old)

Encounter Conference is for high-schoolers who are desperate to encounter Jesus in a deep and authentic way. Our prayer is that friendships will be formed, disciples will be made and young people will be empowered to reach their families, schools and beyond. We are ready to see God move in a fresh way at Encounter Conference!

Kidsong
For all kids (3-10 years old)

Kidsong is a conference designed for all kids aged 3 – 10 years old! Children under 3yrs will have complimentary access to our parents room with the purchase of any adult registration

Phil and Lucinda Dooley stepped into the role of Global Senior Pastors for Hillsong Church in February 2023. They have been Lead Pastors of Hillsong Church Africa – a large, multi-campus church with locations across South Africa and branching out into the rest of Africa – and will continue in this role.
Together, Phil and Lucinda are committed to building a healthy church that is a wellspring of life, reaching individuals from every part of society with the hope of Jesus, lifting up lives, and building people up within the context of a loving church culture and community.

Tim and Nicola Douglass are the Lead Pastors of Hillsong UK based in our Central London location.

Bringing their three children along the journey, they passionately love God, building His Church and seeing people realise their God given potential. Having pioneered and built church in Hillsong London, Sydney and Melbourne, they have a wealth of experience in leadership and church building and are both brilliantly dynamic communicators.

Seeing people come into a relationship with Jesus and walk in their God given destiny is their greatest joy and focus.

Earl and Oneka McClellan are the Founders and Lead Pastors of Shoreline City Church in Dallas, Texas. They are dynamic communicators with a deep passion for developing leaders and empowering people to live out their God-given purpose. Together, they are devoted to making Jesus famous across the globe and to cultivating a Kingdom Culture on earth as it is in Heaven.
Shoreline City has grown from a small gathering of fifteen people into a thriving multi-location church impacting communities worldwide.

  • What is Hillsong Conference?

    Hillsong Conference is our annual gathering — one church from across the UK and Europe — coming together to worship, pray, seek God, and realign our hearts with His mission. It’s a powerful time to be refreshed, inspired, and united! 

  • Where can I find the conference schedule?

    Full details will be released soon! For planning purposes, here’s what to expect: 
     Start: Evening session on October 21st 
     Finish: Evening of October 23rd 

  • Is interpretation available?

    Yes! Interpretation will be available for all main auditorium sessions in the following languages: Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, and German (subject to availability) 
    Please note that Kidsong and Encounter Conference will be in English only, and no interpretation will be provided for separately held sessions. 

  • Can I bring my kids?

    Absolutely — we’ve got something for the whole family!  
    Family Room: Ages 0–3 
     Kidsong: Ages 3–11 
     Encounter Conference: Students in Years 7–12 
    Everyone gets to be part of the adventure! 

  • Can I get mobility or special assistance?

    Yes! When registering, simply tick “Yes” for special assistance. 
    You’ll then be able to select wheelchair access, reduced mobility, or specify other requirements in the “Other” box. 

  • Do you offer visa support?

    While Hillsong does not provide invitation letters or sponsorship, once you’ve registered and paid in full, we can provide a confirmation letter to support your visa application. 

  • Is there allocated seating?

    Seating is open, so feel free to sit anywhere you like once you enter the arena! Our friendly hosts will be there to help you find the perfect spot. 

  • When is the registration deadline?

    Registrations are open until the conference reaches full capacity — so don’t wait too long!

  • I can’t find my registration email — what should I do?

    No worries! Visit brushfire.com/my-orders, enter your registration email, and click “Resend Emails.” 

  • What does registration cost? 

    You can find the most up-to-date ticket prices here. 

  • Are there any discounts?

    Yes!  

    Group Discount: We have a Group Discount of 15% available for groups of 10+ adults (in one transaction). 

    Concession Rate: Available for students and those over 65.
    To claim, email us at [email protected] and let us know which concession applies to you. 

    Family Discount: When registering 1 adult & 1 child (Kidsong or Encounter) at full price, the 2nd, 3rd and 4th child (Kidsong or Encounter) registration will have 75% off. 

  • How can I edit my registration details?

    Use the “Full Order Details” link in your confirmation email, or visit brushfire.com/my-orders to resend it. 
    If you’re having trouble, email us at [email protected] with your name and order total. 
    (Only the order holder can request changes.) 

  • Can I transfer my registration to someone else?

    We’ll miss you, but yes — transfers are available. 
    Just log in to your Brushfire account and update your details to the new attendee’s info. 

  • Can I cancel my registration?

    As stated in our terms and conditions, registrations are non-refundable. 

  • Are day or night tickets available?

    Please watch this space for more details! 

  • Is there a payment plan?

    We’re not offering payment plans for 2026.

  • When will I receive my conference pass?

    No physical passes again this year! 
    You’ll receive your digital ticket via email — simply bring it (and your QR code) on your phone to collect your conference wristband when you arrive.

  • What’s the best way to get to the venue?

    The OVO Arena Wembley is easy to access by public transport or car, with onsite parking available.

  • Will there be food at the venue?

    Absolutely! 
    There’ll be plenty of food vendors available — or feel free to bring your own packed meals. 

  • Is there accommodation near the venue?

    Yes! There are lots of great hotels and options nearby to fit every budget. 

  • Can I store my luggage?

    OVO Arena Wembley doesn’t have a cloakroom, so we recommend travelling light. 
    For larger bags, check out nearby luggage storage services in advance. 

  • Are there bag restrictions or prohibited items?

    Yes — to keep everyone safe: 

    1. Bags must be A3 size or smaller 
    1. No hot food or liquids may be brought inside 
    1. All guests will pass through AI-powered security screening (safe for medical devices and no need to empty pockets)

  • Is there on-site parking?

    Yes! 
    Plenty of parking is available at Wembley Park. The closest carpark to the OVO Arena is the ‘red’ carpark.  

  • How can I volunteer?

    We’d love to have you on the team! If you’d like to serve at Hillsong Conference, chat with your Sunday team leader or location pastor about how to get involved.
