Adult Registrations
Hillsong Church Australia Ltd atf Hillsong Church Australia (ABN 73 640 782 059) (“Hillsong”) manages Hillsong Conference registrations via hillsong.com. By purchasing a ticket to Hillsong Conference Sydney 2026 (“Registration”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. - Purchase of Registration
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars and include relevant taxes where applicable. Registrations must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Hillsong accepts Amex, Visa, and MasterCard. Bank fees charged by third parties are your responsibility. An invoice will be issued upon successful payment. Hillsong may reject any order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or other issues, and will notify you if your order is rejected.
- Confirmation of Registration
A confirmation email will be sent via our third-party ticketing system within 24 hours of successful payment. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us.
- Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your Registration by emailing us prior to 31 May 2026. A cancellation fee of AUD $20.00 per Registration will apply. Registrations previously transferred are not eligible for refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Transfers to Future Events
Registrations cannot be transferred to future Hillsong Conferences.
- Event Changes & Cancellation
Hillsong reserves the right to modify event details or cancel the Conference. Reasonable notice will be provided. In the event of cancellation, Clause 10 (Health & Safety Disruptions) will apply.
- Event Recording and Photography
All Hillsong events are recorded. By attending, you consent to your image and likeness being used in media, promotional materials, and broadcasts. If you do not consent, please contact Hillsong prior to the event.
- Travel & Accommodation
Please confirm your Registration before booking travel or accommodation. Hillsong is not liable for costs or losses arising from travel or accommodation arrangements. We recommend obtaining travel insurance.
- Visas
International delegates are responsible for arranging their visas. Visit https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/ for more information. Purchase confirmations may be used as evidence of attendance. Hillsong cannot provide invitation letters.
- Seating Communities
Delegates will be assigned to seating communities, which will rotate between conference venues. Group seating preferences may be submitted but are not guaranteed.
- Health & Safety Disruptions (e.g. COVID-19)
If government regulations, public health concerns, or other health-related risks affect Hillsong Conference:
- (a) Attendees must comply with all relevant laws, including quarantine, mask mandates, and travel restrictions. Costs for compliance are the attendee’s responsibility.
- (b) Hillsong will notify you of any postponement or change to the format within a reasonable timeframe.
- (c) If the Conference is moved online or delayed to a future year, attendees may request a refund if they do not wish to transfer to an online registration.
- (d) Non-compliance with government health regulations or Hillsong protocols may result in removal from the event without refund.
- Interpretation Services
Interpretation will be available in AUSLAN, Korean, Mandarin, French, and Spanish for adult sessions. Kidsong and Encounter Conference sessions will be in English only.
- Code of Conduct
Attendees must behave respectfully and not engage in offensive, disruptive, or inappropriate conduct. Hillsong may deny entry or remove individuals under the influence of drugs or alcohol or those breaching this policy. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
- Bag Checks
Bags may be checked on entry to ensure safety. By attending, you consent to respectful security checks in accordance with legal standards.
- Use of Content
All Hillsong Conference content is protected under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth). Unauthorised use, recording, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
- Privacy
Your personal information will be used in accordance with Hillsong’s Privacy Policy, available at Hillsong Privacy Policy.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- (a) Hillsong disclaims liability for loss or damage arising from attendance or use of Hillsong services. If liability cannot be excluded, Hillsong may elect to provide a replacement or refund.
- (b) You release and indemnify Hillsong from claims for injury, loss, or damage resulting from your attendance at the Conference, except where required by law.
- Force Majeure
Hillsong is not liable for delay or failure to perform due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
- Severability
If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remainder will remain in effect.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes shall be resolved in its courts.
- Survival
Clauses 10 and 14 to 20 will survive the termination of your Registration.
- Changes to Terms
Hillsong reserves the right to update these Terms. Updated Terms will be posted on the Conference website.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Hillsong and the Registrant. By purchasing a Registration, you agree to be bound by them.
