Children’s Registrations
Hillsong Church Australia Ltd atf Hillsong Church Australia (ABN 73 640 782 059) (“Hillsong”) manages Kidsong registrations via hillsong.com. By purchasing a ticket to Kidsong 2026 (“Registration”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. For questions or to exercise any rights under these terms, please contact [email protected].
- Purchase of Registration
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars and include relevant taxes where applicable. Registrations must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Payment is accepted by Amex, Visa, or MasterCard. Bank fees charged by third parties are your responsibility. Kidsong is considered a “Religious Service” and therefore not subject to GST. An invoice will be issued upon successful payment. Hillsong may reject any registration due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or other issues, and will notify you if your order is rejected.
- Confirmation of Registration
A confirmation email will be sent via our third-party ticketing system within 24 hours of successful payment. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us.
- Transfers
Registrations cannot be transferred to another delegate or future Kidsong events.
- Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your Registration by contacting Hillsong in writing before 31 May 2026. A cancellation fee of AUD $20.00 per Registration will apply. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Registrations that have previously been transferred are not eligible for refund.
- Event Changes & Cancellation
Hillsong reserves the right to modify published event details or cancel the program. Reasonable notice will be provided. In the event of cancellation, Clause 10 (Health & Safety Disruptions) will apply. Hillsong also reserves the right to cancel your Registration at any time if false or misleading information has been provided.
- Event Recording and Photography
All Hillsong events are recorded. By attending, you consent to your child’s image and likeness being used in media, promotional materials, and broadcasts. If you do not consent, please contact Hillsong prior to the event.
- Travel & Accommodation
Please confirm your Registration before booking travel or accommodation. Hillsong is not liable for costs or losses arising from travel or accommodation arrangements. We recommend obtaining travel insurance.
- Conduct Expectation
Children must behave respectfully and follow directions from Hillsong staff and volunteers. Hillsong may remove any attendee for inappropriate behaviour or where necessary to ensure the safety and wellbeing of other children. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
- Bag Checks
Bags may be checked on entry and during the program. By attending, you consent to respectful security checks. Prohibited items include (but are not limited to): knives, weapons, fireworks, alcohol, and illegal drugs. Hillsong reserves the right to confiscate any item deemed dangerous or inappropriate.
- Health & Safety Disruptions
If government regulations, public health concerns, or other health-related risks affect Kidsong:
- (a) Attendees must comply with all relevant laws and Hillsong protocols, including quarantine, mask mandates, and travel restrictions. Costs for compliance are the attendee’s responsibility.
- (b) Hillsong will notify you of any postponement or change to the format within a reasonable timeframe.
- (c) If the program is moved online or delayed to a future year, attendees may request a refund if they do not wish to transfer to an online registration.
- (d) Non-compliance with health regulations or Hillsong protocols may result in removal from the event without refund.
- Use of Content
All Kidsong content is protected under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth). Unauthorised use, recording, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
- Privacy
Your personal information will be used in accordance with Hillsong’s Privacy Policy, available at Hillsong Privacy Policy. The Hillsong Conference Office cannot process registrations without complete details and payment.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- (a) Hillsong disclaims liability for any loss or damage arising from your child’s attendance at Kidsong. If liability cannot be excluded, Hillsong may provide a replacement or refund.
- (b) You release and indemnify Hillsong from all claims for injury, loss, or damage arising from attendance, except where required by law. Hillsong provides appropriate safety supervision and reporting processes for all child attendees.
- Force Majeure
Hillsong is not liable for delay or failure to perform due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government actions.
- Severability
If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remainder will remain in effect.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes shall be resolved in its courts.
- Survival
Clauses 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17 survive termination of your Registration.
- Changes to Terms
Hillsong reserves the right to update these Terms. Updated Terms will be posted on the Hillsong Conference website.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Hillsong and the Registrant. By purchasing a Registration, you agree to be bound by them.
