HILLSONG will not send marketing or other solicitations to patrons that have chosen not to be included on the mailing list. Organizations using HILLSONG to sell tickets are prohibited from sending marketing or other solicitations to those customer that have chosen not to be included on the mailing list. Regardless of whether you've opted out of the mailing list, HILLSONG and/or the organizations using HILLSONG to sell tickets may contact you regarding important information related to an event you've already purchased tickets to. This may include important information such as an event cancellation, postponement, or relocation. It may also include a question or problem related to your order or payment. Season ticket holders may also be contacted regarding annual season ticket renewals regardless of whether or not they've chosen to be included on the mailing list.

Cookies. Cookies are small text files that are downloaded to your computer. Cookies cannot damage your computer. Cookies, by themselves, cannot be used to identify you. Unless you've chosen to submit personal information to HILLSONG though registration or the purchase of products and/or services, HILLSONG cannot identify you. Hillsong Church South Africa does not accept responsibility for any losses incurred, including but not limited to, accommodation and/or flights booked for any conference/events. Hillsong Church South Africa captures events/conferences in both photographs and video. Hillsong Church South Africa reserves the right to use this material for promotional purposes. Hillsong Church South Africa reserves the right to change any of the published conference/event details without notice, and have the final say on any matter relating to the conference.

SEATING
Please keep your ticket so that you can be assured of your seat upon entrance to the venue.

We reserve the right to reallocate your seat to other ticket holders if you are not seated 10 minutes prior to the event start time.

ACCESS
Your ticket needs to be scanned and swapped for a wristband at the event in order to gain access to your seat. Your wristband will also allow access out of the venue during break times

DELIVERY POLICY
We do not deliver. Tickets can be collected at one of our registration desks at church or redeemed via e-mail.

REFUND/RETURN POLICY
Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Hillsong Church South Africa reserves the right to cancel an event/conference and will refund any tickets if requested to do so.
