At Hillsong Church, we place immense value on children, believing they are precious to God and called to be purpose filled Jesus followers.
Our vision for Hillsong Kids is the same as Hillsong Church:
A healthy church (children’s ministry) changing (kids) lives through Christ.
What to expect
Hillsong Kids is a safe place where your kids can find belonging, make friends, be led by incredible volunteers, grow in their friendship with Jesus and have fun!
We love teaching children about the good news, the love of God, the Holy Spirit & following Jesus through our Hillsong Kids BiG curriculum, fun activities, worship, games, craft, small groups and messages.
Hillsong Kids is for families with 1 yr olds through to Children in Year/Grade 6 at school with parenting rooms/spaces available for parents with babies 0-12 months
The Hillsong Kids team love children and consider it a great honour to be serving the children of our community.
If it’s your first time - Welcome to Hillsong Kids
We are so excited you are going to visit us and have your incredible kids in our program.
When you visit for the first time at one of our campuses as you enter the foyer one of our friendly hosts will be able to direct you to meet our team at the Hillsong Kids welcome and check-in area.
The team would love to meet you and assist you with signing your child into our Hillsong Kids program. We’ll guide you through the entire process, from registration to getting your child settled into their room – so your first visit is smooth and welcoming!
After check-in, you and your child will proceed to their designated room, where one of our dedicated leaders will welcome you. Each Kids room has at least two adult leaders who have completed our volunteer onboarding process, which includes a working with children’s check and training program.
If we need to contact you during the service, we will send a text to the phone number you provided at check-in, or your child’s number will appear on the screen.
We can’t wait to see you!
Hillsong Kids Age Groups
All of our location have wonderful parents rooms available during the services. You can retreat here to feed or change your baby, or just to settle them in a quiet environment all whilst never missing out on a moment of the service via our TV's. If you have recently had a baby, please click below to fill out your information so that we can get in contact with you.
In Cubby House (1-3 yr olds) we will have toys, activities, praise and worship and teach the Bible in a fun and interactive way for your little ones. Your child will love coming to Cubby House and being in a safe, nurturing environment.

For children 4 to 5 years of age (preschoolers). Your children will learn about the Bible and their relationship with God in ways that are simple, creative and fun. Children in The Ark will begin to form lasting friendships during KDG (small
group) time, engage in games, activities and praise and worship.

For children in Kindergarten to Grade 2 at school. Fun House children will be involved in engaging praise and worship, KDGs (small groups), interactive games and activities, as well as Bible stories and teaching. Fun House is a great place for children to develop healthy friendships in a fun and safe environment.

All Stars is a great place for children to make friends. Our team of dedicated leaders seek to make every child feel at home. Each week in KDGs (small groups) children are aided in reading and discussing the Bible and applying the Word of God to their life. This program is always creative and fun, with a team who bring engaging praise and worship and teaching for this age group.

Voltage is the place to be for the pre-teens of Hillsong Church. In Voltage the kids have powerful praise and worship, teaching, games and KDG’s (small groups). KDG’s are small groups designed to help kids have fun, explore the word of God and to build strong, lasting friendships.

We run a specialised additional needs program (Treasure Chest) at our Sydney Hills and Sydney South West campuses (Melbourne West coming soon). However the Kids team at all locations do their best to create safe spaces and options for children with additional needs.
