Our adult leaders make up the heart & soul of the Hillsong Kids Team and we are serious about providing a safe environment for our children and families. In order to do so, we ask everyone on our Hillsong Kids team, staff or volunteer, to complete a Hillsong Working With Children and Youth Application along with the relevant state government working with children check. The 4 steps involved in our child safety process are:

1. State based government Working with Children Check.
2. Hillsong Working with Kids and Youth Application.
3. Interview With an Approved Pastor.
4. Reference Check.

Our Young Guns are our Grade 7 - 17 year's olds who want to serve and lead in Hillsong Kids. This is a great opportunity to not only give back in to Hillsong Kids, but also grow your leadership and your friendships within the Hillsong Kids team whilst you tackle high school.
