Come Serve on Team

As part of this team you will prepare and serve coffee in our new Sunday café area to church family and visitors who hang-out before and after the services. Joining the coffee team might just make you the most popular person in our church.

One of the ways we aim to place value on everyone coming through our doors is to provide a clean, tidy, and well-prepared space for them. As part of the excellence team, you make sure that the venue looks clean and welcoming.

Our children deserve the best place to have fun, build friendships, be safe and have their own moments with God. We assist the kids leaders in creating this environment by helping out practically with setting up the rooms and at the end of the day by packing everything up again.

We believe that teaching children to love God and others takes place in both the home and in the church. This happens through fun experiences, meaningful music and ministry that encourages kids to participate. As kids leaders we try our best to present Jesus and His Church in a relevant way, creating moments which children will never forget.

We aim to bring the gospel in a relevant way to kids through games, worship, and messages. We pray that the rally will be a place for children to encounter God, passionately pursue Jesus Christ and His Cause, and build foundations that they will follow for the rest of their lives. Seeing children worship their Heavenly Father in spirit and truth is the greatest reward we could imagine.

Here parents can enjoy the service while taking care of their little one(s) at the same time. As a host of the parentsroom you will make sure that this is a beautiful place for parents to come in, where they can enjoy the service and connect to other parents who are in the same phase of building a family.

We believe God deeply loves His children and that is why we value the children in our church highly. With this team we assist the kids leaders in practical ways to welcome the children in our church and to make sure to keep them all safe.

Planning and executing services and events is what we are responsible for. We ensure that all our teams are on the same page through a wide variety of tasks that is ever-changing based on the need. From setting up foyers to coordinating services, the events team is a team that sees a need and fills it, finds a problem and fixes it.

From preparing breakfast and snacks for our volunteers on a Sunday morning to organizing catering for our bigger events, if you have a heart for hospitality this is the team for you.

Whether you’re a first-time visitor or a regular attendee, the hosting team will be there to greet you with a warm smile and help you find your way into the auditorium. We are always giving our best to create a welcoming atmosphere for everyone coming to our services and events.

We are responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations at all events and services. This includes coordinating transportation for all our equipment and managing inventory and supplies. We work closely together with other departments to ensure all logistical needs are met and that events run smoothly.

We work diligently to create a safe environment for people to worship God. We aim to be courageous in tackling delicate situations head on with confidence, grace, and calm, and are quick on our feet, ready to shift pace and direction at any point.

Made up of volunteer musicians and singers, we are a team that is passionate about contributing our musical gifts and talents to lead the church in heartfelt, passionate worship. This is a skills-based team that is committed to our Sunday Services which include set up and pack down, Sunday morning runtroughs and weekly Thursday night rehearsals.

Our responsibility is our on-stage logistics and organisation, supporting the pastors, Mc’s, worship team and anyone who will be on platform during a service. We coordinate and facilitate the movement of items on and off stage and allocate microphones. Additionally, we make sure the run of service are printed for each service and essential refreshments are available for those on stage. All this, while rocking the colour black!

Being part of our service producers team means you are like a spider in a web. We work closely with pastors and Mc’s, making sure everything is prepared for the message and that the run of service is created and communicated. We also work closely with the Creative Pastor, worship team, FOH, AV & Video, Lights and stagemanagement, doing run-throughs to create the best moments and atmosphere for the service, have debriefs with teams and the Creative Pastor in between services and makes changes if needed. So if you like to be in the middle of it all and love to multitask, this might be the team for you!

We are responsible for the creative moments during a service. Items are created to cater to the purpose of the message that is being brought on services like Christmas, Good Fridy and Easter, Sisterhood and Mothers' day. They provide a way for the congregation to experience the message in an intimate, creative, fun and inspirational way, through visuals, storytelling and music. Items highlight specific moments during a service by bringing worship out of the ordinary setting.

Creating a welcome home experience for everyone who walks through the doors of our church is what we are all about. We aim to help people find their best fit in our church and take a next step in their faith journey. We serve on Sundays by welcoming new people, having coffees with people, handing out Bibles and having phone calls throughout the week. If you love people, you will love being part of this team.

We want every person to find their place within our church, foster friendships, grow in their relationship with Jesus and be part of a community. Our connect groups are the primary place for this to happen within our church. They are the place where people in our church can be part of authentic Christian community, where support can be received and given and where people can grow in life together. If you have been a part of our church for a period of time and would like to lead a small group in our church, let us know.

One of the foundations in our church is prayer. We have a midweek prayer group and a Sunday prayer group that prays for the needs of the people in our church and broader things. We also follow up with people who have requested prayer.

ChurchSuite is the place where all information comes together in our church. If you would like to be involved with administration, registrations or are tech-savy, this might be the team for you!

Our goal is to show clearly who we are, support our global and local vision through communication, and invite people to join our services, events, and community as these are environments where people are pointed towards God. We manage our social media channels and website, design and order building signage and print work, create campaigns around services and events, work on study material for teaching series, and more.
