Shine is a personal development program which is committed to seeing woman, regardless of age, culture or socio-economic background, education or religion find their true value, understand their strength and know their purpose.

We have 27 programs of SHINE running across South Africa in schools, businesses and communities. We would love to reach more women, because we believe that when a woman knows her true value, she can accomplish anything!

“Before SHINE I thought that being a woman was mainly about duty and fulfilling the role of doing. Since sitting the course I realised that my value and one of a kindness makes me something far beyond that. I have so much to add and bring to the people in my life and knowing my value has helped me understand that I am not just here to cook and clean – I am here for a purpose and my potential is limitless. I have applied for a new role as Captain! I know I have brought so much value to my family by showing my brothers and sisters that even though they have more than me, I can be the one who is brave enough to take responsibility and put our Father on my medical aid.I would not have realised this if it wasn’t for my Journey with SHINE. I choose to be one-of-a-kind!”
