Alpha Course

Alpha is a series of interactive sessions that freely explore life and the basics of the Christian faith in a friendly, open and informal environment. Whether you’re just checking it out, new to faith, or coming back to church, you are invited. At Alpha, no question is out of bounds and you are free to discuss as much or as little as you wish.

Weekly Topics Include:

Is there more to Life than this?
Who is Jesus?
Why did Jesus die?
How can I have faith?
Why and how should I pray?
Why and how should I read the Bible?
How does God guide us?

Discovery Course

Discovery is a 7 session Bible study course to help people on their way to find out more about God and take the next steps in their faith journey.
Our course is run with a dedicated teacher and mentor in a safe environment where all questions are welcomed.

Discovery is suitable for those who:

want to explore the basics of Christianity
want answers to their questions
want to establish solid foundations in their life
are seeking the ability to better explain their faith to others

Psalms – Authentic Conversations with God

The psalmists penned poetry to express different emotions and thoughts arising in various situations, empowering us to have authentic conversations with God in the highs and lows of life. This is what the theology of worship is about and will be the focus of this 7-week course as we learn to have a faith that knows how to express our deepest emotions to Him whilst learning how to see God in all seasons and situations, resulting in a lifestyle of worship that glorifies God giving Him praise. Topics include:

Introduction to the Book of Psalms
Understanding Hebrew poetry and the covenantal theology in the Psalms
Psalms for the seasons of life and in Israel’s worship
Psalms of lament
Psalms of trust and thanksgiving
David’s inner journey and God’s sovereignty and creative activity
The Psalms as prophecy
