Registration & Account Management

How do I register for an online training account?

To register for an account go to https://userlogin.com.au/hillsong/login.php

When registering for training please use the same email address you used for creating your account in MyHillsong.com

Key things you need to know:
– Have your driver’s license and/or photo ID ready to upload.

– Allow 60 to 90 minutes to complete the training.

– All videos have sound.

4. If you subsequently forget the user password you have,  then select ‘forgot your password’ and follow the prompts.

Forgotten or incorrect password?

To reset your password you can do it via the Safe Church Training Platform login page by selecting ‘Forgot your password’. Then enter in your registered email address.

Key things you need to know:
– Sometimes your email confirmation may end up in your junk mail.

– If you forget your user password you have set.  Select ‘forgot your password’ and follow the prompts.

Forgot your login user name?

The quickest way to find out what your login details is to reset your password using ‘Forgot Your Password’ on the login screen.  Follow the prompts and enter your current email address. If your email address is registered you will receive a confirmation email.

If it’s not found the system message will say ‘The email you specified was not found in our system’.

Then you will need to register.

How to correct profile details?

To update your profile details login into https://userlogin.com.au/hillsong/login.php and navigate to My Profile and update your profile details > Scroll to bottom and select update details.

How to deactivate my online training account?

All requests for deactivation need to be in writing and emailed to [email protected]

Key things you need to know:
– The Safe Church Team will need to verify your identity in order to deactivate an account. You will receive a response asking questions regarding that.

Course Navigation

I can't find the NEXT button?

Could be one of the following reasons

1. If there is a video on the page you are on you must watch the entire video before the NEXT button will appear.

2. For some pages there is text you need to read first and if you have not scrolled to the bottom of the text the NEXT button will not appear.

3. When a page has question on it that you have not yet answered. You have to answer the question before you are able to select the next button.

Can I leave the course and come back to where I was?

Yes, you can leave the course and come back to where you were when you left it.

Can I see what I have completed?

Yes, after you login to the assignments page, then navigate to completed tasks.

Why am I still getting a reminder to do training?

You may have not completed all courses or tasks. Login into https://userlogin.com.au/hillsong/ and see what is incomplete and work on completing them.
